Until the billet blocks were legalized in LSS, the main cost difference would have been two additional new turbos & about double the price on a cylinder head for a LSS. But the turbo thing would be a wash after about two years of upgrading LLSS turbos.

Why not make a 5.0 single charger LSS class while they’re at it? That actually sounds more logical than tearing apart the closest thing to a starter class they had. The ole Daffy Duck syndrome strikes again.

I’m pretty sure a similar drawbar protest occurred a few years ago in the open SS class with mixed results. There’s no need to get pissed off over being protested, it’s the ultimate achievement award in any Motorsport. LoL.

Atleast someone put the $$ up instead of just running their mouth. Protest procedures are there for a reason & I honestly don’t think they get used near enough.

It's all very simple --- build for the class that you want to run, there's a light class for components and there's a light class for Ag Chassis ( real tractors ). You know the rules when you decide to build ( it's really that simple ) ---- always someone wanting to change the rules to fit their wants
