No they're not. I've had them sitting on a 1850 block with all the studs in.

12 port head off a newer massey. I'd like to know if a Bosch VE could be made to run counterclockwise. If so it would bolt right on and eat a Roosa alive.

As long as the rules don't specifically say no blowers. Some n/a classes rules are worded to keep detroits out.

I applaud your efforts at creating this new class. The only issues I see are the "engine mounted solid with cast iron from engine back" and 470 ci limits..
As for engine mounted solid, this will limit your chassis selections. No Oliver 1X00 or even 88 chassis, Massey Harris 44 Chassis, Cockshutt 50 or 570.Quote
All those chassis fit the rules, they're just not fully enclosed

At this point, you will have one tractor from last years 6200 that will run at 7700. Hopefully you can gain more hooks than you lost.

A girdle is a matter of life and death at that point. Polish the rods, harden them, shot peen, weight match and stress relieve them, Run good bolts. The heads are as good as a antique OEM ag head can get. If you regrind a cam make sure you start with one that has the big radius on the back of the 1st journal. These cams will have a 5/32 key for the gear. A cam with a small radius will h

After I bought it I called to double check about the pump with sheid diesel when I got the parts and they said that the pump was bad. They said the fuel was erratic and it was putting fuel in the oil..
I think this pretty much covers it, assuming it's true.

those manifolds look damn nice. I think the OP was looking for one like for a tractor, where the turbo flange is straight up, not straight out. I would think a White 120/125, 140/145 or a Case IH Maxxum would have what you're looking for.
They're all T3, the closest thing out there is a aftermarket T4 03-07 dodge manifold flipped up.

They'll work if you make a couple modifications. I'm pretty sure a 06 will have the tone ring bolted to the front of the crank, and should be doweled in a certain location in relationship to #1 crank throw so the computer knows where TDC is. This dowel hole will need to be drilled. CR cranks had slightly larger counterweighs, no big deal there. Gear needs changed. It's been

No, that may have been the Case tractor.
He put it in the sand, the flagman told him to stop, at a distance of 218'10", the announcer said there was 3 tractors in the pulloff, then someone decided that a full pull would be 219.
WTF.

What I would like to know, is how does a Ford put the weights in the sand, the front tires in the sand, get a red flag from the flagger, and not end up in the pulloff?

I looked at a pump the other day, according to the model number it's a 3000, it has freeze plugs on the bottom
Pump number, PES6PXXXXXXXXX7XXX is a 7000
PES6PXXXXXXXXX3XXX is a 3000

A 1555 pump and pan is the same as a 77. If you find a 1800A pump with the cast iron pickup instead of the floating pickup used on most 283/310 pumps, it will fit in the 77 pan.
You have to grind on the oil pump body a bit to get oil to flow into the 77 main oil galley.

The current part number for both 12 and 24V engines are the same. The original 12V pumps were smaller. If you need more GPM to feed multiple turbo's a 8.3 oil pump can be modified to fit.

I'd lean more toward one set of rules or the other. On that note, I'd much prefer WNY rules.

If you want to compete with firestone, great. Prove your tires work well and are reasonably priced starting with 30.5's and 24.5's. Worry about "brush tires" once you've proven you have a much cheaper and better working alternative to firestones for the mods, supers, pros, and super farms. Until then you'll piss more people off in the brush world than you'll sell ti

I'd say for turbo rules 75mm or 3.0 inducer, end of turbo rules. Alot of the now illegal truck chargers laying around are 75mm with 2.6 or 2.8 covers on them that can usually be bored out.
Deere isn't out, they have a 359.
I'd say let engine/rearend/sheetmetal combination rules be fairly relaxed. if you can get the engine, frame , and rear end bolted together with any combina

I would love a 360ci class. All diesel no sparkers, a single charger class would be "okay" but an open charger class would be the holy grail in my opinion. 360ci making 2000hp
That would be neat, but it would turn into a big $$$$ class real quick, unless some hard to enforce pump rules were established.

360 CID...water allowed...match metal to engine and then metal to rear. voila, a class with color and a ton of cummins 12V tractors where the r and d money has already been spent by the truck guys. Change the oil and check the filters, fill it up with fuel and water and pull; repeat steps 1-3 all summer.
Are you thinking matching according to model number, or color?

S475 Borg Warner charger. Reliable. Reasonably priced, lots of performance upgrades, Very readily available from many many sources. They offer a 76mm 3" wheel, it's somewhat oddball, and more money. stick with the 75mm 2.950 wheel, way more common and available. Specify 75mm protrusion wheel so we don't have 91mm wheels in 75mm covers. They have
