Re: Best pulls no longer around - 2 years ago
As crazy as this sounds,j miss the 80s arena pulls.at t hff at time I thought monster trucks and ex vehicles were cool then I hated them for 35 years, now looking back on that era vs today I can see where they did draw people and have a following.by patches - Forum

Does anyone here really trust our government anymore ?? After our last election results do you believe the results ? With the upcoming midterms I've lost all faith in our government with the counting process.i will never believe the person installed into office will be the one with the most votes.im 52 now and have voted in every election I could, but not I think it's just not worth itby patches - Off-Topic Forum

Re: Scales? How often does this happen? - 2 years ago
Looks like once again we have a unenforceable rule that will never be exact or correct ad its written.. A 6000 lb class can be anywhere from 5700 to 6300 depending on uncontrollable variables..the class weight cant be enforced as writtenby patches - Forum

QuoteThe Original Michael The 5 ss,because it had the most colors One brand I never saw pull live is a Wards SS. It would be cool to hear one of those flathead chryslers. I remember seeing a type of tractor called a Leyland in an ole Puller mag. Not sure what those even were. At one time I owned a version of those tractors. Re: Informal survey for oldtimers - 2 years ago
I'll fit this poll pretty good, and give some reasoning for my answers. For ss I'm gonna make 2 choices The 5 ss,because it had the most colors and the closest models that were used near me geographically meaning everyone in my county and adjoining county's has driven a few of the models.all brands were represented too,and both fuels Next choice is the 9 ss,the 9 had 400 seriesby patches - Forum

Re: Why 2000 BHP? - 2 years ago
Setting a hp number is never gonna work, never ever !! This is a motorsport where hp is in a daily state of increase. Classes that currently have 1500 hp will eventually reach the 2000 hp number, that's just how it works. Setting a maximum achievement bar never works in motorsports, history proves that. So come up with another idea ! Eventually open/hot farms will go past 2000 then what ??by patches - Forum

Naturally I'd rather watch today's style.... That being said ,I'd prefer those type mods with a modern sled, the sled could make a late 70s mod class be much more enjoyable to watch, and participate in......by patches - Forum
