I would think you would want it to say "Non-modified 3lm-466 Box Turbo", this way there is no modifing of any kind.

This is great. I've been toughing it along with very very slow if any connection at times. Great improvement to the site. Bet you never ever thought that this site would become this popular but I am very glad it is out there for everyone. Once again Thank you for all the effort it requires let alone the cost!

Do anyone know whatever happen to the Findley brother 806 called the RED BARON out of MO. Seems to be that the Brothers sold the tractor to someone at a pull one evening but nobody seems to remember who????

I'm not sure what to bring in but one things for sure the diesel truck class is a flop and needs to become a thing of the past. Three years of bad with this year being the worst if it was a tractor class it would be gone. I've been going for alot of years and it was the worst class I've had to watch since I've been going. The reason I said "had to watch" is because you can

Call the NFMS ticket office and they can tell you. Better to get straight from the source.

Seems to me that you need a better air shutoff. No O2 no run. Of coarse they will get some air with the oil leak. Maybe we need to look at that issue on how to shut them down better in that situration or does someone know what can be done? Ideals?

We've had season tickets for the NFMS pulls for several years and I'm saying the increases prices have got to stop and I'll even say they need to decrease prices. Same goes for motel prices.

My experience has been you can buy the kit from Kenny's for around the same money and you don't have to piece mill. I did have to build my own mounts because I put them on a 560. Everything (in the kit I got from Kenny's) for a 1066 works on a 560 except the mounts. Cost run around 800-900 dollars for everthing.

Everybody has their ups & downs. They'll get it together and get going, just be patient. It's early, a lot of associations don't have everything put together yet.

I believe that would require a model # change. I think that would involve changing the ID plates not something as simple as a decal. It's petty easy on a IH to look at the rear end and know what it is. Now maybe on some other brands it may not be quite as easy to tell, but I bet someone knows enough to tell what's what.

Is this a problem everywhere or just in some associations where it seem that the same tractors/trucks are winning every time they pull and therefore making a pull seem like a rerun each week? Could this be the beginning of the end for associations that are having this issue????

I don't know what's been decided for sure but last I heard it was going to be like a 585 cu in, 2850 rpm, 3lm466 charger, p-pump class. I think they may have decided something Saturday night at the banquet but haven't heard anything one way or the other.

I've ran some top & bottom gears flipped and you can develope some faster ratios and it involved some creative work. If you know what gear ratio are you trying to arrive at will help to determine if it is possible. I've had several different one's in mine from 30-1 & 25-1 to what is in it now which is 18-1/19-1&23/1. I assume you running the profield class in southern Mo or are you

The ring & pinion is the same in the 400 & 450. The gears 1-5 are the same in 400/450 & the 560. The 560 has two different gears in the 3d and the 4th gear. They make the same gear ratio gears as the 400/450 and they make a set of gears that are slower and IH called them a "heavy tillage" gear. The ring & pinion gears will interchange on the 400/450 & the 560 which is the easest way to speed up

Melvin would this be the MSTPA super class???? Would be nice change of scenery if we could get a few red ones in that class. Also need some green in there. The colors would make a nice class. I hope that is were it's going, they could use the color and numbers.
