Ok guys looking for some gear info I'm running around 17 mph 3300 rpms on 42's I need to be around 25 mph on 38's preferably right now I have a 14/51gear and have a 23/51 available is that going to be too much or roughly what kind of mph am I looking at I can drop down gears I'm just looking for a formula thanks a bunch in advance

I agree 100% those sleds are hard on some tractors and hard on the driver at times I
miss the days of a hard pull from the start to finish where torque won on the big end not wheel speed

Old school for sure when functionality was more important than looks and we pulled instead of drag raced I do enjoy the wheel speed but I enjoyed winning with a big torque motor when the sled started hard pulled hard the entire hook
