If there are any issues, I will post on here.

Don't forget, this will not be at the fairgrounds!

With Idaville, Red Key, and Campbellsburg getting cancelled this past weekend, the JCAMA pull would be a great chance to get your MPH tractors ready for the upcoming season.
We hope that those pulls can find dates to reschedule later in the summer.

If I'm not mistaken, the above post is for Darke County Tractor Pullers in Western Ohio/eastern Indiana.
The rules package should be similar to Indiana Pulling League.
12000 lb, 10 mph, steel flywheel, top cuts allowed.
Rules and dates should be on DCTPA website soon.

The one, and thank God, only fire was the McVey "retro" mod that ran Saturday night.
There are several videos that you can search on YouTube that show it catching on fire, and the driver pretty much had it out by himself before the fire crew could even find the fire extinguishers.
Before anybody gets their panties in a wad, no I don't want that job. And God bless the men and women who

I heard about the Irish spring trick from my wife as well.
There are various products at TSC or Rural King that use evergreen extract and shavings in bags that can be placed in the infested area.

Kudos for getting into the venue...I'll give him that.
But....1) everything he has been talking about for the last few months was nothing like the extravaganza promised. This doesn't surprise me.
2) the fire safety crew was pitiful. If you were there, you know what I mean.
3) the 12000 # guys and gals got hosed. Changing the order and then changing it again?
Running them last

Would be nice if the new class would be 12 or 13 mph.
12000# seems to be what everyone is running.
11500# wouldn't hurt my feelings.
Make sure everyone can hear the horn.
Are you going to honk it all you want to 100/125/150', then blow the horn and you're out like most central Indiana pulls?

Thanks to all that came out.
Would have never imagined such a turnout of tractors!
It wasn't without some hiccups...some mother nature, some man made...
Got through it, though. Thanks to all that stuck with us.
