These are the hubs

Hey guys so at auction today I picked up some hubs. I got two sets of these DMI 2 U-bolt hubs, and a set of petersons with the 3 U-bolts. Now my question is, are these the desirable DMI hubs that guys talk about? How strong are they compared to the Petersons? I know the Petersons are ductile iron instead of cast iron. Is that what the DMI hubs are too? Thanks in advance

Does anybody know what is needed to get low to mid 300 cc’s out of an A pump? Will a stock A off a 4430/4440 get there? Looking for my 1206 for pace pulling. Any and all help appreciated

My personal thought would be to pattern after an old BFG PowerGrip tread pattern like the one pictured with maybe a 1/4" more tread. Personally, I believe they are the best pulling tire with Firestone Traction Field &Roads with a close second

Depends on what your rules allow. A good A-pump will make more power but also might over fuel it, for farm use, I'd just get a good rotary 11mm

So just wondering, where you're from, what is considered to be farm stock? What are the rules? Mph? Just curious to see how it differs based on region. Here are the local ones for us.
F1. Tractor must have a stock agricultural engine block, with no visual engine modifications.
Engine must be original type or factory replacement.

As far as I know, you can run a turbo in 9500 not. All I know is no cut tires, and just don't show up with a hot stock and want to pull farm stock. Possible rpm limit, not sure though. If there is it's 3000 rpms

I have to agree with Jake on this one. Personally, I do not like any of the classes running component chassis. The sport is turning into another NASCAR sport. Everything is the same besides sheetmetal. That's why I love the interstate mod turbo and pro farm classes, and the super farm class. They are still ag chassis with motors from their brand. Case's run case blocks, Ford's run

On a bit different note Mark, one of these days I wanna run against your A in 4500 just for comparison. Is there anywhere we could do that?

There will be pulls this year at Kempton. Kevin Utt is running them. Interstate Mod-Turbo and Pro-Farm classes will run on the 16th. The 17th will be tractor classes 4500-15500. I will post rules soon as I get them.

Sorry Zach,
I just got the vibe that a lot of people are ticked at me and that's why they did it. Didn't start this to have a fight, I started it to get an explanation, like you provided. But do you see where I'm coming from with my post

I don't have a big motor like most may think. And even if a tractor is stroked, it's not visual. I'm being decent about this, and now you're the one who is calling names and acting childish. Everyone else on here has been decent. And so what. I'm 15, just because I do good pulling, does that make me a criminal. What do you pull? I'm not afraid of everyone knowing who

It's not even the John Deere guys though, we are the ones being cut out if anything. The Olivers were competitive for years in 4500 and then a cyclone A started pulling in the class in the late 2000's and everyone got upset. Now theres another class yet. We pulled up at mid atlantic super pull and it was great. The rules are good and work, everyone gets along, and there was no controver

This year we pulled a John Deere A that was very competitive in 4500 and 5500 it stirred up a lot of controversy. We aren't cheating at all. We have always abided by the rules but now we have this 4000 pound class with a 299 cube limit to keep the A's out. An Oliver with motor work is no different that a John Deere A with motor work. If you have an Oliver 77, a Farmall H and John Deere

Seems like there's a lot of drama going on with NPJ Pullers. Anyone have any insight? I know the new 4000 pound class has the 299 cube limit to keep the John Deere A's out. What about the Olivers?
