Yellow Fever,
Feel free to give me a call about our Pro Pullers. We have almost a year under our belt running these tires and have learned a lot about them, and how to make them work. We have had some points champions run them and were extremely satisfied. I can help you with some of details and advantages of our tire.
Thanks for the interest!

Questions,
Thanks for asking! We have built them to be within spec when fully inflated.
The quote below is directly from the PPL rule book,
"24.5X32 maximum of 210 inch circumference, when inflated to 10psi on a 26” rim. Tread width not to exceed 25”."
The tires will be compliant with this rule.
Let me know if you have any more questions about them!

We have a test tire in hand and will be displaying it at our booth in Gordyville!
The tire looks great, and we are excited to get them out on the track this winter for some testing. Be sure to stop by and talk to us about this tire and check out our full line of pulling tires, as well as all other tires for day to day use (semi, farm fronts and rears, industrial, car/truck, etc.)

Sod Buster,
At this point, the 20.8 and 18.4's are being built offshore since the US factory does not have the 38" drum that it takes to build the pullers here.
We have the tooling capability to build the 24.5x32" tires here now, so we are. The cost to build tires Stateside is much higher than off shore, so we are feeling the market on whether it is worth the difference, and the 24.5 is

Last season we had over 90 paid wins alone (first place in a class with 8 or more tractors) that got $100 each win, and we will be doing the winnings program once again in the 2018 season. There were also 10 points champions for the past season.
There is still a market for the older style tires out

The factory we are working with does some overload manufacturing for Interco, but it is not them producing the tires.

usapuller & Cody,
Thank you, we are very excited to get these out on a track for testing! There are many logistical and other advantages to a US built tire. We are proud to bring production back to the states! They are being built by a factory out of the east coast.

Pro Puller Tires has started production on an all new 24.5X32 tire, built right here in the U.S!
The first tires have just started to roll off the line, and we hope to have a tire at the Gordyville pull to showcase.
The first three pictures were taken unmounted, and the last two were taken at 5 psi for accurate pulling pressure profile.
Here are a few specs on the tires:

Pro Puller Tires is proud to announce that after a successful 2017, we will be running the $100 winnings program for our customers for the 2018 season again!
In our first year of business we paid out over 90 wins, had 10 points champions, and many more finishing toward the top in points. The customers tab on our website showcases a breakdown of both customers and winners.

We have been researching the 20.8 tire for some time now, and we see the added advantage of our tires being the full tread width of the tire. On cut ag tires, the tread stops short of the shoulder every other lug, giving up traction area. As with every new product, there is a bit of a learning curve to make the tires work, but lots of our customers have been able to get them dialed in throughout

Corry,
Yes, these tires are radial.
The 18.4R38 Pro Puller is the only tire ever made as a factory double cut radial. These provide the advantage of having tread all the way to the edge of the tire, instead of stopping short, just as every other lug like cut ag tires. They also have a durometer reading of 82, where ag tires read around 75 for hardness. Pro Puller Tires were built for pullin

As of now we are only producing radials in the v-cut 18.4-38 tire. We can't promise anything, but depending on demand, we may look at the possibility of a bias ply 18.4 v-cut down the road. The tread height will be 5/8" with underlay rubber enough to get a number of cuts out of them and also give you the ability to raise the bar height from the original height.

Cody,
Thank you for the response.
Our goal is to make a utility tire for all (which may not be possible). The weight is a huge part of that, and we'll make sure to keep an eye on it.
Maybe a 210-212" tire in an 8 ply would lighten it up and keep it more consistent with sizing of tires already in existence.
We don't want to force pullers to make huge changes in gearing, dr
