It makes it real hard to go to a NTPA pull and hook. The engines need to be tuned to the turbo. Gear ratio is off and we can't get the power because of cam, intake, piston and pump design. Outlaw turbo makes more power and you have to detune, also getting the right turbo is all but impossible, let alone the right fuel and water that is out there for the NTPA/ppl people. Outlaw also has a

With that, I disagree. Outlaw uses that rule with the turbo. Everybody gets the same turbo, same price...Last turbo is now good for 8 years. Durable, and solid. Never lost a turbo due to a wheel blowing off. (great job to the turbo manufacture) Don't have to change turbos every 8 weeks. And you get the best turbo same as everyone else. NTPA and PPL turbo is ever changing and you may

Oh and one other thing....when a puller brings a family or friends, these are people that would not drive 400 miles to watch a tractor pull...they come to support you if not only to sit and watch you.....Big hats off the the pull in Windsor for taking care of the pullers

As a puller, here is my take. People in the pits is ok...They come around and look things over.
Nowhow i really feel. Truck and cars are a no in the pits....It is so frustrating to have pickups lining the track and if something was to go wrong....those people are dead...but with a waiver (that does no good when you are dead)

In reality the best track is one that doesn't change start to finish
No.1 would be Norwalk WI. The tire grabs the track, and so does the sled....win win for both. Stays constant start to finish
No. 2 would be Rock Valley, Iowa. Great track prep, and the track doesn't change much....Best facility, better than Rockwell, great group of people putting show on
No.3 Lehigh Ne.

I used to run one....The hub has to be perfect as does the crank...anti sieze is a must...build your self a puller to use every hole in the front...Really needs a taper lock hub...Also I don't think it is the right hub for a diesel...The bigger fluid balancers are better in this applicatioin (diesel pulling )

There is a 16 year old kid in Iowa children's hospital(Shane Muilnix-Waiting for a heart trans plant)..A friend of mine is staff there. They are trying to get a autographed photo of a monster truck (?) for his 17th birthday on the 18t, She asked if I know of any drivers since I pull (I do not). Does anyone know how to make this happen....I know in the pulling world, there would be a flood

I don't understand the reasoning in that response. The Outlaw Super Farm class has always had a box turbo for the last 13 years. The reason is to keep turbo cost in control. The other is to have reliable turbos that won't fail at a pull. The 3x3 thing was left because of reliability issues. A turbo operates better when the exhaust wheel is bigger then the compressor wheel. The las

Number one, IF they do its because they can. Most don't.
They spin them about 15 times harder than a super farm too.
Brush puller: Now I am not the smartest and I am smart enough to know that.......IF a tractor (pro stock) has twice the power of another tractor (super farm) and lets say the super farm runs a 20 to 1 gear......to spin it out "15 times harder" the prostock would have

I shouldn't do this, because there is so many experts out there to destroy me
First off...cubic in...Leave it alone...why? this size was decided long ago...it was to allow the bigger cube engines in...Now everybody that has a Super Farm, takes a block and sizes it to 640....This would be no different than 540, 520, 480, or 200 cubes....The only thing it would do is force people to spend m

There is no college that offers a program based on pulling. The reason is simple.....money.....you can't make a living pulling. You can make a living building for other people. SO with that said...What you need to look for is a program that is using pulling to keep students in pulling. Hawkeye teck ag diesel kids did help there instructor build a tractor....with a lot of help from Joe Bu
