I'd say 90% 0f the spectators don't care what the payout is or the hook fee. Most can't tell one smoker class from another to start with. The 10% left are the true fans and most have friends or family pulling and might know what's going on. I have no tractor near this level of pulling but my perspective as a 50-year fan. I don't think it will have any impact on getting mo

How much water pressure is needed to properly atomize the water coming out of an Enderle nozzle. How do you know the nozzle is properly atomizing the water and not just slashing the water off the intake pipe?

I'm not a big time puller but I am a fan. I'm always an underdog fan and there are some darn good tractors that don't run for points anywhere for all kinds of reasons. So are the announcers going to explain to the crowd that the GN tractors are grouped together so they have a track advantage to the rest of the class? If not, they should. I wouldn't like winning a points champi

7500,9500 and 11000. I can't see why people want to haul anything over 11000. The 7500 is the largest class here. I think it also has the most color. Of course, I'm partial to 9500. Once you get to and over 11,000 the big block Deeres show up. I love the big blocks but they make it tough for others in a non -pace class.

I've always been curious what farm tractor had a 3" turbo. I had a 6030 and I don't think it had a 3" turbo. Why one weight class? Pace or not? When you go with a cube limit is it like 466 cubes is the limit or the 466 engine is the limit? The variables are the issues that face every class.

If the Northeast had a Tractor Puller Hall of fame, I would induct Henry Everman. I was looking at the Bloomsburg Pa. Tractor pull results from last night and there was Henry and David. It got me thinking of how many organizations local, state, regional and national Henry has pulled in and supported. I think it would be hard to find a puller who has that kind of history here in the Northeast. I k

My concern is that if you cross bolt just ahead of the wheel it could actually cause the wheel to blow the housing out. That' what happened I'm told and that came from a person setting next to the person that got hit. At least the bolts further up the pipe allows for some room for the turbine to go. Has any testing been done on the new rule?

Just to clarify are they 3/8 or 1/2"' bolts. You've said it both ways. So is the 1/2" an update to your first post?

I've never pulled in NJ but pull in mostly RWYB classes which is basically an open class. We pulled in Honesdale with what I think was both of the tractors you are talking about. The 88 series won the blue tractor 2nd and we got 3rd. We knew we would be 20' +- behind those 2 tractors. An open class is just that. A pro stock can show up and spank everyone and is does and has happened. We

There was a pull in Pa. a few weeks ago where a driver backed up to the sled, tightened the chain and slumped over in the seat. He was taken off the tractor and cpr etc. was performed. Unfortunately, he did not survive, Condolences to his family and many friends. I sometimes flag and I'm looking for tractor issues but never thought about a driver issue. I'm sure sled operators, might ha

If it weren't for personal liability reasons, I've thought about doing that with a farm stocker. I can't think off hand of a better way to promote the sport in a new direction. I applaud the beer Money team for doing it. Pocono Racetrack gives expensive stock car drives every day. They give a training class and then put you in the driver's seat. It's certainly on some fan

Wow now they are true hot farms. I guess it proves snap on duals are as good as axle duals. If you can pull'em like that you can farm with them. I'm curious who the turbo and pump builders are over there. They have their act together.

I'm not good at the waiting game but have learned all these vendors are up to their eyebrows in work. During the heat of the pulling season, I would not want any part of their job/business. I'd need a little elder lady with a sweet voice to do the phone circus for me.

I give up trying to tell people what is pulling. Hot Farm is nuts too with 466 w/ 2.6 turbo,2.8 and 3x3 turbo. Some with coolers some without. Some can run p-pumps and some can't. Then the 619 cube Hot farm and the same pump issues. It's nuts just in that class!! I used to be good at knowing East Coast and Interstate classes but not anymore. Novice fans could care less what it is as lo

What the heck Todd? Your son pulls a garden tractor, doesn't he? My grandson started with pedal pulling, garden tractors then farm stock and now drives our Hot Farm. I'm for anything to keep growing the sport by helping the new young and older pullers. There was a great couple from out area that had pedal pulling sleds and tractors. They ran the fair circuit for years and insurance cos
