....what is the carpet aka block used in Hart’s D2 PS? Read this post awhile back and no one has answered definitively.
While looking at results of Terra Haute, it rattled my memory and I noticed Ken Couch’s High Cotton was IH branded. Is this true, red carpet green drapes?

I couldn't tell you on how they are holding it together, but they are doing a hell of job at it.
Two or three seasons ago, they had problems with the crank. I remember at Troy, they broke a crank on the second pass in the pull-off. I remember Dennis telling me that was there biggest problem they had was getting it to run for two passes. They could get her going on the first one, but

I believe the head was built by Max Simpson, about ten years ago or so. I think that he only made a limited number of them for the ol 426 Allis.
