This maybe a stupid idea but I was wondering how a motor 466 engine would run with 414 crank with and 466 pistons and rods. It may not be possible but if so would you be able spin if faster, or would the compression be too low to get to run? Just thinking about different combination. Thanks for humoring me with strange idea. Have a great Thanksgiving.

Very well said. We have had fun at CPS pulls. In fact all the pulls. If we lose it is because we did not have enough power or the weight of the tractor was set wrong or driver err. I have yet to see a sled that was not fair in my opinion. Almost all pulls we could have done better at setting tractor up. Just my $0.02.

I don't want to hijack topic but I am curious with the hp you should be making what would you gain with TA. The Pro-Farm I work on and drive sometimes never runs out power even at 11,000 lbs. We run high 3 or 4 which both are about 30% over driven. We come off line between 4,500 and 5,000 rpms. and when we dig in we are still running between 3,000 and 4,000 rpms. I would invest my money

Our tractor pro-farm run about 20 feet farther at 10500 than at 9500 with same sled setting. . At 9500 lbs. it bounces a lot. As far as rpms we hold about 400 more revs more at lighter weight. . No at 11,000 lbs. we may gain some distance but seems to be laboring. not very scientific but just observations.

we use stock water pump on our pro-farm driven by fan blower motor pulleys and belt to run it. It works great can cool motor down for another run in less than 5 minutes. Cheap simple and reliably.

Thanks for sharing your videos. Love the 1206's. Where are you mounting your go-pro. I mount mine on top of roll bar so we can see the gauges afterward. Thanks

We have hooked Track Patrol sled many times and I believe it is fair. It is an easy to start sled and gives you a fun ride. I would gladly pull at pull with this sled.
