Its no big deal the cheapest way is to use a 12 volt sprayer pump.

me thinks he means coolant pump? have seen guys use dc motor to belt drive the oem pump,or use the aquatiger pump from agchem for a second pump-rated at 17g/m?

Yeah you can use a 12 volt sprayer pump to pump coolant. this way you don't need to use your water pump or use a belt. You don't have to worry about a belt breaking. And it saves weight. The cost is about the same.

The bad thing about using a sprayer pump is that the propeller blades aren't rated for the temperatures from the motor. Most of them have plastic blades. Look on the pump it will say what it can handle. Best bet is some type of racing pump at low gallons per minute.

dedenbear makes an excellent pump we use on our 466 it works great. was a pain to plumb in but once we figured it out it was simple.
