Sorry the subject was supposed to be more humor than news. I was joking about it being hyper or top fuel, but after reading the comments on the video it seems it was hyper as someone congratulated them on the run. Would be right in the ballpark for the alcohol/injected fuel dragster class horsepower.
I bet they don't have any issues making weight! |

Fastest diesel rail is Scheids, they ran ~ 6.82 at or just over 200mph. I guess this was a shakedown run, with the power pulled way back... |
