666 & 686 with the D312 use the same exhaust manifold as the 766 & 886 with D360's |

I believe the only combine to use the D360 was a IH 453 Hillside model, good luck finding one of those!! |

They used the German 310 and 358 in combines, but I don't know of any 312 or 360 powered combines or cotton pickers. I think there were a few construction applications with the factory turbo manifold, but good luck finding one. |

I would like a turbo manifold for 360 motor on 766 920-296-4250 |

Wow...
The 2005 cummins is not a 12v... Its a 24... The 312 and the 360 match... Those manifolds are probably most easily found on 656 and 666 international diesels... The manifold you want would probably work off your truck but will require grinding and it still won't have charger mounted where it belongs. If it were me I would grab a manifold off of a schoolbus with the truck DT360 in it. Flip manifold and mount with charger base facing up. Then cut it off completely flush with top of manifold log. We then build a tower using 1/4 inch plate steel and a T4 mounting base. We did keep the dual chamber and when done we went back in through T4 flange and ground all corners down with long acorn style grinding bit. Came out very nice and have used it multiple seasons without issues. Better be a good stick welder... The mig doens't work well on heavy old cast... ON A SIDE NOTE... What are you doing with the commonrail engine in the smashed up 05 dodge? |

The block is cracked on one side of the cummins motor bell housing broke on the other side motor and tranny completely split when I crashed it |

Does it have to be an Ag manifold? School bus and truck 360 engines are everywhere that has the turbo flange |

I made my 312 TURBO manifold from a DT360 truck manifold (the round 2 piece) bottom and the upper flange from a 1066 manifold. I cut the flange off of the truck manifold and welded the 400 series top to it. The class I was running required a stock appearing manifold and there was no engine shields. If you dont need a stock appearing manifold you can modify a Dodge Cummins 03-07 5.9 manafold to work. The easiest is a ATS two piece aftermarket manifold because the 360 IH engine is just a bit longer. This modification will take some port die grinding to match things up. Sorry mis read your line. The Stock manifold from your 05 truck can be made to work, but it will be a bit short. The aftermarket two piece manifolds will work much better as you can drive the slip apart just enough to help line up the ports. Edited 1 time(s). Last edit at 03/23/2013 02:48PM by gonzo 1066. |

The stock fuel tank is in the wrong place for the turbo to exit to the back. It will take some creative thinking to make it look stock with a turbo under the hood if you use the stock fuel tank. |

There was a turbo manifold for a 360 in a cottonpicker in the late '70s early '80s. |
