I saw that Hans hooked in Dansville with the Special. What is it a new tractor or a rebuild. |

It’s new, it’s been around for a few years he hasn’t pulled it much. |

Confusing. Either it's new or its the one that has been blown apart for 5 years...

Quite sure that one was a new Eder chassis a few years back, I’m sure there are some shared parts of the old one, being a new chassis id consider it “new” more or less . |

Did it run? Is it still Ernies money whole? |

Finished 5th 286 and change for distance per the Empire State Pullers FB page and there is a video in one of the discussion threads. I believe it last ran in 2018 at Langford and at around 100 foot had significant damage. In 2019 it was being reworked and rebuilt after those catastrophic breakages in the previous couple years since was built. It was to be ready in 2020 but no pulling in NY last year. I believe that would make this it's first run on this motor/setup. |

I'm not 100% sure on any of this... but I believe that the tractor finally got a Hypermax bottom-end. I'm not sure if it still has the Ernie Conner cylinder head on it or if it still has Ernie Conner turbos... but I think the Ernie Conner block/bottom-end is gone.
I really hope this gives Han's some reliability that they've been lacking. Jake Morgan Owner, PULLOFF.COM Independent Pulling News This page is a free service. The cost is covered out of my pocket. It takes a great deal of time and a fair amount of money to keep this website going. Donations for: photos, classified ads, forum discussion, etc... are appreciated. Side Note: We are no longer accepting PayPal donations. They have changed their terms of service and stated they would fine PayPal users for spreading "misinformation" and "hate, violence, racial or other forms of intolerance that is discriminatory". PayPal did not provide definitions for some of these vague terms. Woke corporate policies regarding "misinformation" could result in an automatic fine of $2,500 which would have been removed directly from the customer’s PayPal account. PayPal did backdown from some of their policies but quietly implemented portions of them in later terms of service. A financial institute has no right to monitor social media accounts or speech. This is unacceptable and I'll no longer do business with PayPal. |
