how many tractors got vandalized? I heard of one through facebook, and that is a pretty crappy thing to do.

Two is what I've heard. The first was Rodney Knott's Knotty Boyz 4.1. The other was the Clark Brothers Rack Em 85 limited pro.

Boost line removed from the water valve and dirt put in the fuel tank. I thought this thread was about the western series schedule?

Seems like maybe the guys who didn't win are sore and had to create a diversion ? Sad sad sport

Re: Gordyville vandalism February 26, 2015 08:06AM
That's probably the dumbest thing I've ever read on pulloff, not to mention we didn't start this thread. It was brought up so i responded with what happened. Maybe if you think it's a sad sad sport you should remove yourself from it. To be honest I, as the driver in the 8500 limited pro class in Gordyville, didn't even think I had a chance to win the class that day I was there to make a good run and let the cards fall where they may. But when the 75' mark came I realized I had zero power so I got off the throttle. We thought at that time our fuel lift pump had went bad because it had lost prime when we were at the warm up station. Upon further inspection when we got home with the tractor we realized that the boost line running from the manifold to the water valve had been removed, we know this because it had been tucked behind the water injection lines that run on the back side of where it had been attached to the top of the water valve. So if you have any other incites on this diversion we've created because we didn't win you can go ahead and give me a call and I will clear it up for you.
