What would be the absolute best turbo for a 466 at 3000 rpm and around 450cc of fuel, no water allowed. I am limited on fuel so I'm looking for ideals on turbo and exhaust housing size.

Would have to say 3lm would be great for what you got

S300 is what would be my first choice, heard a lot of great things on how they are built compared to the 3lm.

What size s300? looks like many to choose from. what size exhaust housing would be a good one to go with?

Pn: 177272 is popular with a 90 housing, it is a pn of a turbo that a class of local 11,000 hot stock farms run and they are limited to this turbo and the pn: 177209 with a 100 housing turbo.....466 cubic inch limit. Any motor over 466 cubic inches must have factory stroke and bore for that brand of tractor, up to a maximum of 585 cubic inches, an rpm of 2950, but you can use water injection and up to a p7100 pump. The s300 is about the same price as a 3lm, you can upgrade the thrust bearing to a 360* one or see how long the factory one last for you, I would think the 177272 would work for you easily, you can get smaller housing if needed.

I would say s300, part #177281, 2.6x2.8 with 91 exhaust housing. I think summit and jegs carry them but I would check with a guy on here that goes by injpumped. Several farm stocks around here are running them and they seem to do well.
