Does anyone know how to get more fuel to a 12V71 Detroit? We are running 140 injectors but we need a lot more fuel.

get ahold of Dave Steuss(sp) in Alexandria,mn.he has a diesel shop.more transfer pump pressure,more volume,take out stone filters,increase injector size more,ligten plunger weight.more rpms

hc755 allison automatic (atec) with dual mode powershift ecu,bronze lockup disc, has warranty 5000 dollars ea

8V92 Detroit diesel engine. Quad turbocharger/two stage setup, modified blower, upgraded valve train, water injection setup, ceramic coated pistons, exhaust manifolds, and turbo housings. "300" injectors, sfi approved steel flywheel setup for crower clutch. Currently setup to run as a dryblock/head engine, could easily be changed back to run water. This engine will make 100psi of boost and turn 4500rpm. Original setup from norm larson's Ground Wolf truck. $11,500

I know the 2nd ad is good as it is mine, I still have the engine and would LOVE to make someone a heck of a deal on it! As for the first ad, I bought my engine from him, I think he has sold all of his Detroit stuff though.

I know this is a shot in the dark. Do you have any injectors left? I'm building a 8v92 for drag racing and need injectors. if you don't can you point me in the right direction of where or who still does them? we had a set for out v12 done years ago but lost contact info. Thanks JIm

There used to be a guy at team diesel in Connecticut named doug that built custom injectors for two strokes, not sure whether they are still in business or not

This is utah diesel center if you are looking for 140, 150, 200, 240, 300, and up injectors for the detroit 2 stroke diesel we have or can build custome injectors. we have held several world land speed records with detroit 16v92, and 6v53 also 12v92 engines.
