Yes it will fit and your valves will be very close to the valve reliefs (the outer edge of the relief)
Make sure you check your pistin to valve clearance

Are you going to change pistons to 55 series or leave the old style in it? There is a big difference in compression but valve reliefs are in different places as well in pistons.best if changing heads to change the pistons as well
