Event Details June 23, 2020 03:21AM
We are getting closer to the Test and Tune.

We hope to see everyone there to support this great cause!!

Here are a few quick details:

1-6 pm

Howard County 4-h fairgrounds
610 E Payton St
Greentown IN

For those of you that haven't ever been to Greentown we are a one stop light town and the best way to get into the fairgrounds is to go to the stop light in the middle of town and turn north. You will go about a 1/2 mile and the fairground will be on your right just across from the nursing home.

It will be $30 dollars a hook every time you drop the chain. All of the money is going to go right to Taylor Goddfrey family to help with her medical costs. Thanks to some very generous sponsor the cost of the sleds have been paid for so every penny can go to help the cause

There will be a free will donation cookout that day to help raise money also with burgers and hot dogs

Spectators will be allowed in for $10 dollars a piece, however we cant guarantee how many vehicles we will have. Each vehicle will get 3 bands with the vehicle.

We will have 2 Sleds and two tracks the whole day.

IGTPA will have a garden tractor test and tune for the first hour on the south track. Contact Phil Burton for details 765-434-8827

Please come out and enjoy a great of pulling and support a great cause. The weather forecast keeps getting better all the time!

Re: Event Details June 25, 2020 10:23AM
With the threat of rain any chance you reschedule this if that happens?

Re: Event Details June 25, 2020 11:44PM
Unfortunately due to our fair being the week after the 4th there will be no reschedule date. The forecast this morning has us back down to a 20% chance of rain on that day. We will do all we can to make this event happen. Hope to see you there

If anybody knows the guy that had the 5020 John Deere at the test and tune, can you please tell him to call me? Eight one two 350-5247

Re: Thanks June 29, 2020 04:16PM
Zach, you have a summary of how things went? # of Pullers, representing how many classes and collectively made how many hooks? Any new pulling vehicles? If so, who & what are they? Was it a good financial benefit for young Taylor Godfrey?
