What was the purpose of John Deere making two different 7.6 blocks?
Also has anyone ran a nonstuctural block in cast iron chassis pulling application? |

I have one I'm using for a tractor I'm building now. If you would like some info about them feel free to call or text me. 330-842-2600. |

What is the difference in the two ? I have one in a Hot Farm and one in my combine. Never heard of what you're saying. |

The nonstuctural blocks came in power units and early 8000 series tractors. I'm guessing they probably came in more applications but this is what I've seen. The nonstuctural blocks have the oil cooler on the injection pump side and also have the water pump mounted directly under the injection pump. |
