Both full pull and Power pulling run SF and limited Pro. ( which is light pro with A pump). The SF weigh in at 9500 pounds with inter coolers . LP weigh in at 8700. If let run beyond 325 the LP usually win. If tight sled it becomes more competitive. The limited Pros run hard but I don’t think can run with light Pro’s. Not sure what would happen if knock them back to 8500.. Couple good SF’s , one in particular that I think could run with the top ones out there. They have there hands full with LP at 8700. With all that being said one of the top LP’s melted like 5 times this year running with them. So not sure how to answer that.

On a decent track the light pros will stomp a mud hole in the backside of a superfarm, then turn around and stomp it dry! You might get on a crappy track once in a while and a superfarm will sneak up in the pack, however the majority of the time the true light pro will kick their backsides. Its hard to overcome 500 to 1000 hp. Just sayin.

We here in Central PA with our pulling group we run Light Pro/Super Farm together and will be going on our 3rd year here in 2022 with this combined class because there’s not enough of them for their own class. Light Pros run at 8,500 and Super Farms run at 9,500. We found to keep the class close and competitive is on a 300-310 ft track. Pass two years at our end of the year pull we had 33 tractors in the class 2 years ago and the winning distance was 307 and the top 15 was all within 10 ft of each other. And this past year we had 25 in the class and winning distance was 310, 1st had a heck of a hook and won by 6 ft, and 2-15 was again all in 10-15 ft. The top 10-15 was always a mixture of Light Pros, Super Farms, Mod Turbo (Basically a light pro but with A-pump), and we also left Limited Pros in it but ran at 9,000. Which is good for a class of Light Pro/Super Farms. Again we do this because there’s not enough of each to run a certain class, but fans here think it’s a pretty cool class. As long as you have a good announcers who knows there stuff about the tractors and what each tractor is.

Yep and the so called light pros aren't really light pros. They have that stupid A pump rule. They won't let the hot farm tractors in to pull with them because they have P pumps. Let some of the NTPA and OSTPA guys in and you would see what would happen to the super farms. I know guys in Ohio who took hot farm tractors with ag tires and beat super farms on 24.5s.
