Just curious if Chris has made any changes under the hood to run with the diesel supers? Still sounded like the “pro” motor @ Chapel Hill. Just wondering.

Nope, for whatever reason he’s just pulling with SSD, it’s all pro stock.

Pretty easy to figure out the why he’s doing it. He can sneak into a 3-5 spot in Dss with their lack of tractors or be at the bottom of the pro stock class unless he did some serious updating

only if three or more stages of turbo if its still a pro at 640 and a single stage, i haven;t read a rulebook but i thought it was something to that effect, more a question than facts. i am also curious.

I'm pretty sure it used to be 540 limit in 3 stages, 650 (?) In 2 stages, but if I recall correctly, they went away from that and it's 540 across the board.
