Ac trans and rearend

Any one out there pull a 7000 series ac rearend and transmission wanting to build one but didn’t know how lite I could get it or is there a better trans and rearend to use going to put a 301 in it to pull 7000 pounds thanks |

Not sure how much Mark messes with the 7010 and up, but I can about guarantee you'll never get a true 7010 and up chassis down to 7000# without major modification, and even then might not be able to put an engine in it lol! They are a very heavy built trans/rearend. About every one you see that light is either a D21 chassis, or a 190/200 or even a 7000. Now go up to an 8500# class, then it may be fine, look at the Gutless General, I believe is a true 7030. |
