What is the biggest bore and stroke you can put in a 6.7 Cummins that will be durable in a 3.0 diesel pickup. At what stroke do you run into clearance issues? 460 cubic inch limit

I think it depends what HP you are after. History has shown that once you are above 1350-1400 HP your chance of cracking a cylinder goes up if you don't sleeve and deck plate them which is why most everyone is running a 391 CI engine with a sleeved down bore and 1" longer rods.

You can run 4.4 bore with a 6.7 solid recast block
