What are you guys using to foam rearends that holds up well with the oil?

Any kind of foam will work but the thing you went to do is to put a think coat of silicone between the foam and oil |

I have seen too many rear ends with foam that got loose into the gears, bearings, ect, so I put mine in 1/2 gallon plastic jugs that fit together neatly in the space I had, then wrapped them with a band of aluminum,and anchored it to an inside stud I installed, then put a thin layer of foam over the "bundle" I created inside, only had a 6 inch hole. I left about half an inch between bull gears and bundle. Going higher than the oil level you intend to use is not needed. |

I should add that I filled the jugs with foam.three yrs, all good. |
