The Shipshewanna entry list has 70 Hot Farms split into 3 heats.
Other classes, like LLSS, are very thin with 10 or fewer entries. Of note, there appear to be a few more 5.0 Pros than I expected. |

Hot Farmer

Hot Farms are probably the most underrated class in pulling. There are more hot farms in the world than any other class out there. This class has good basic rules that make sense. The tractors make good power without reaching the point of major destruction. It makes me think, if hot farm has the largest quantity of tractors in the country or probably the world, doesn't it deserve a spot at NFMS or at least a pro pulling league silver series class? |

It would have better basic rules if they had smooth bore turbos |

To Hot Farmer, I disagree with you. I do not feel they are underrated at all. I think the Hot Farm class is great. You are going to get good close competition every time. They do put on a good show. But they very seldom give you the "WOW" moment. I think the rules are great for the class. They need to leave them alone. Hot Farms work and are a great addition to most shows. But I don't feel they're underratted. |
