Does anyone pull an Allis Chalmer D19 if so what did you do to make rear end stronger. |

Terry Woods who ran the NTPA light class years ago with an IH 3688, started out with a D19. I have no idea how he had beefed it up, so basically no help. |

There's a guy that ran one in Armada, Michigan fair a few years ago but I can't remember his name, Charles Pouche ( hope I spelled that right ) would be a good one to contact, he probably knows him, him and Andrew were the announcers at that time. |

That was David Dick from Freedom, NY in LLSS. You'd have to ask him as far as the particulars there as I have no clue. He is on FB.

I may be able to help if i knew what class if its LLSS or above spend a lot of cash on it or junk it , its pretty wll the same as a 185 |

My D17 llss was originally a 180 that I switched sheet metal. It has a 301 block with 2 turbos, the only thing in the block that is OEM is the crankshaft. The transmission and rear end is all original 180, I run direct but that is really too slow if a gear ratio. Andy Dick |
