Tractor favoritism January 12, 2025 10:29AM

I love it! Truth

Re: Tractor favoritism January 13, 2025 01:13AM
Unfortunately every color other than Green will always be second, Deere has always been
superior on the track and on the farm. As guys like Lewis they will always be chasing the
big dog. Thanks for trying to put out a little competition. Lol. Deere lives rent free in your head

Re: Tractor favoritism January 12, 2025 12:02PM
As far as red tractors being better and john deeres junk how good would those red ones be without the inline pump to the deere having one make them run factory style pumps see what happens
As far as associations i dont know but have been told by a officer of a association that some event people want and book classes by how many red tractors there are.

Re: Tractor favoritism January 12, 2025 01:10PM
I have been told, I can’t run my 8000 ford because it has an inline pump. Stock tractor.

Re: Tractor favoritism January 12, 2025 01:59PM
It was factory on fords cases and john deere so i wouldnt see why you couldnt run it.

Since JD nor the Red ones make injection pumps, whats your point?? What pump did the 4020 come with??

Re: Tractor favoritism January 13, 2025 07:25AM
Dude you are foolish! If pro stock was 640 you’d still be crying… regarding other classes also IH was the first to be able to run recast heads for many years soo many! Bullcrap recast manifolds for years bunch of cheaters always will be.. so many other things they’ve been caught with and when a Deere not just any but a bbjd always gets picked on with cubes! Aco guys bitch all the time about bbjd cubes until they get to run Detroit motors with ih recast heads, always looking for hand outswtf… grow up man, make pro stock 640 and they’ll still whoop your ass!

Re: Tractor favoritism January 13, 2025 07:43AM
Ih made a good tractor but most of the pullers that found cheating have been red guys and I think the green guys said piss on it and started fighting back and searching deeper into details for more power. Not all the strong red guys are that way but look at in the history books most of the cheaters have had hyper motors. Now I would say most small associations, and even the main players protect the guys that show up to every hook and oversee them people. Red green what ever colors float your boat cheating is mostly brought on by associations favoring pullers that show up too everything. Then techs have no business being in the same class because who is checking them I’m telling you associations and techs can be up to no good.

Luke-Chase, apparently you both are posting from the same.
One of you needs to get their own phone.

Haha, one company became a cultural icon when you say tractor the average person thinks JD, the other "much better" company went out of business and 50 years ago and only bitter, delusional, people argue otherwise. The only remaining thing from the "much better" company, is red paint and decals that got put on a completely different company that you bitter people all now claim as your own. Including JD, CASE & all those you mentioned are better than inter-trash-ionals

Try reading Kinze versus JD, should take the gleam off.

Re: Tractor favoritism January 16, 2025 10:52AM
If International was the greatest tractor they would still be in business. But i believes its cnh now there is no ih in it no more kinda says goodbye the only thing you got left is the red paint.

Maybe they went under because they spent too much money for R&D and did not wait around to steal innovations. Kinze knows.

Re: Tractor favoritism January 13, 2025 07:49AM
Hey Lewis, are you the guy using a 24valve head Cummins engine totally screwing a good class up with your red junk?

Re: Tractor favoritism January 13, 2025 08:30AM
Listen at all those jd guys talking up all this cheating going on by highly respected ih pullers must have blew the turbo on the old put put as far as the 24 valve deal this is 2025 if it factory it should be legal

Re: Tractor favoritism January 16, 2025 02:24AM
WOW, that's funny. Half on half off topic The local thresheree here last year featured case and the feature area was full of red Farmalls and IH. There was 10 red IH tractors for each case that showed up. I thought it was funny since the era they were celebrating both colors were separate companies not tied together. Didn't see any Agco, Allis, Minnie Mo, or Massey mixed in when Oliver was the feature.

The red guys always looking for attention when they can get it. Go green!

Re: Tractor favoritism January 16, 2025 11:25AM

Sounds like the decision to put the tractors in the featured area was the shows, was it not???? Those rude IH guys just forced their tractors in??? Nothing smells like a John??

Re: Tractor favoritism January 21, 2025 02:07PM
The only question I have is how many heavy diesel super stock titles has john deere won over the years ?????

Re: Tractor favoritism January 22, 2025 02:14AM
I did my best to answer your question. Below is what I found for diesel John Deere's that have won a Super Stock title.

8,000lb Super Stock Diesel Tractors
  • Loren/Neil Gettinger - Up N Atom (2005)

7,500lb-9,500lb Super Stock Tractors
  • Warren Ropp - Iron Elk (1986)
  • Dave Schreier - Green Power Special (1980)
  • Tom Striecker - Mr. Clutch (1973)
  • Harold McQueen - John Deere 4010 (1972)
  • Don McKinnnon - Pike Co Stud (1971)

11,200lb-12,200lb Super Stock Tractors
No diesel John Deere won a title in these classes.

If i was to look at this like the JD guys... I would say A- C was a way better company, they certainly had way more industry firsts then a scouring plow.

And 5 dss titles in a row

Re: Tractor favoritism January 22, 2025 09:14AM
Warren ropp is the only one in recent history. If it wasn't for huge cubic inch limits. John Deere would have been left behind in the prostock class also. Maybe its time to consider limitations in both big classes before you are out of equipment. The heavy diesel super stock tractor is the king of classes but Evan kings can fall

Re: Tractor favoritism January 22, 2025 09:18AM
Im bad i forgot gettinger

Re: Tractor favoritism January 22, 2025 02:22PM
I think they do! I'm not the type who toots his own horn! But I will because I think it will show why I do! I see sevaral videos of great pulls in Freedom Hall! I made one of the greatest hooks in Freedom hall and I was told that it held the record for longest pull for something like ten years! But, I never see a video of it! But that's ok! I'm just responding to the question!
