they will work you will need diffrent comp height pistons |

Will the rods make more power in the smaller 466 like they will in a 570 or 600? Is there anyone out there that has done this??? |

zero hp the factory rod stroke ratio is a 1.59 in a 466 with a 407 rod it is 1.63 rod stroke ratio is made out to be more important than it is. if you have a cube limit figure out how much bore and stroke it takes to get it then move the pin up as much as you can without oil ring issues. the result is the rod length that you need. if your staying 466 leave a 466 rod in it |

has anyone out there ever tryed the 407 rod in a 466.... it should free the motor up and make more hp and tourque???? maybe iam wrong? |
