Re: CAN A 8500 466 LIMITED PRO COMPETE IN NTPA SUPER FARM? - 14 days ago

Quote466 Puller I pull a 8500 466 limited pro and would like to pull at Tomah and Bowling Green someday. Would I look like a fool trying to run against a super farm with a 466 or have other guys done it? I dont expect to win but if I can atleast be in the pack I would be satisfied. Not sure where you pull at but most 85’s run a 3x4 turbo which isn’t legal for super farm. There has been some 466 h

Re: Bootlegger - 20 days ago

QuoteLol Since that tractor was built , I have seen it try to make a pass.. I have never seen a pass without issue until Farley on Friday night. Previous passes had fuel issues and other as it spit and sputtered or whatever. Several passes were made with it piloted by the Triple Bypass shoe... Same results.. I believe I saw ~10 people in Simon's shop working on the tractor Friday AM..

Re: BAUER SSD - 5 weeks ago

QuoteJJJ I believe Peterson has won a hook or two with a Deere the last few years. I don’t know what power plant it has.i It won a hook at Rockwell with a pretty depleted class. It’s a Lemke small block set up. It’s shown signs of making good power but has experienced a lot of breakage, even more than the rest of them

Re: The Start of 2025 Pulling (GN and Champions Tour) - 7 weeks ago

QuoteRed Facts D&R has been the standard in red engine building for a long time, in 2024 the Maize, Shramek, and the Hartman families all consistently landed their D&R prostocks in the top 5, with Shramek winning at Tomah, Bowling Green, Enderle, Nashville, and Schied. Redundant to say, the battle between Red and Green has been alive and well long before Chaos started making prostocks and no resu

Re: Recast heads? - 4 months ago

Quoteoutsider looking in I appreciate your response. As far as turbos go, there are different combinations with each organization. When the class was started in Badger State which I believe they were one of the originators for the LLSS class, it was 410 cu in with a single 3x4 smooth charger and twin chargers for 315 cu in and under. I agree it should’ve stayed at that. Now you have different

Re: Money being Spent in Tractor pulling - 4 months ago

QuoteYep The likes of Gene Donaldson are few and far between anymore. The independent innovators pretty much non exist, ( and I'm talking about the ones that do everything themselves at home ) like it was done back in the day. Much easier to just write the check !!! I don't agree with it but that's what it's became. It’s the same in even the lowest of horse power classes. Just

Re: Some observations from the NFMS. Part 2 - 4 months ago

QuoteJake Morgan So which is it Dick, you said my idea of detuning them is stupid but yet the hyper block ruined the class.... My father never said detuning them was stupid. He never responded you your comment. I responded to your detuning comment. Also, I never said detuning them was stupid. I simply asked "What is the point of the class then? Why have a class with multi-turbos that ha

Re: Pulling Social Media - 4 months ago

QuoteObserver Is it just me or has there been a great division after NFMS with Full Pull and Beer Money pulling? All last year we would see Schultz tagging both channels on multiple platforms but now NFMS has come and gone and it seems like both have gone in different directions. Makes it seem as if BMPT has moved on from Full Pull. Or Full Pull got sick of Beer Moneys propaganda and parted ways

Re: Some observations from the NFMS. Part 2 - 4 months ago

QuoteDick Morgan I agree, that and ridiculous cubic inches. Once again total lack of leadership. So which is it Dick, you said my idea of detuning them is stupid but yet the hyper block ruined the class. You do realize without after market blocks there wouldn’t be a class over 3000 hp. Super stocks has always been a class of 8-10 elite tractors then a bunch of others that run older not update e

Re: Some observations from the NFMS. Part 2 - 4 months ago

Detune them 1000 hp so they’ll live and go down the track. Lighten the sled up and it’ll appear to be the same show.

Re: How are super stock classes looking for 2025? - 4 months ago

Pretty unimpressive unless they can get them durable enough to go down the track all the time, at least the heavy ones. They are impressive to watch when they run but that’s not a very realistic expectation anymore it seems.

Re: Wednesday Prostock Class Why No Pulloff Politics - 4 months ago

QuoteTeam one We are witnessing the twilight hours of John Deere dominating the pro stock class and I’m loving every minute of it ! It’s become a reality but unfortunately it will take a lifetime for the green guys to shut their mouths. Deere engines only won 3 hooks all weekend! Pretty sad when a 8.3 Cummins wins almost as many hooks! Miles wasn’t liking it much either. Surprised Mayer was bragg

Re: If LLSS ran at Bowling Green? - 5 months ago

Quotepatches I wouldn't complain about having to many.i enjoy the ag rears, with matching hoods and engines.if bg scheduled it that would unify the rules, who would bitch about anything with the opportunity to hook there. Not many matching hoods and rear ends in this class, majority are IH or 5.9 Cummins.

Re: lt ss kenny sanders - 6 months ago

Quotepullinfan4255 My favorite part was the interviewer trying to justify to a legend why everyone just pulls out the checkbook anytime they need anything done these days. Re: Badger State LLSS - 7 months ago

It seems like the only LLSS class that’s growing is the WTPA 470 one, ECI and Badger State both struggle with numbers anymore even after allowing of decubing of 400 series IH engines.
