Have the LLSS guys ran in a 6500 open class? If you have how have the results been?

Yes, you guys will pull with the 6500 open. Last year I think there was only 2 LLSS tractors there so we will see how this year goes and then where we go from there to as far as splitting the class. Last year there was a mix in there, a small block v-8 won but there was a tractor just like a LLSS that was right on his butt.

Yea for the 6500 and 9500 open tractor classes we are just running a 20 inch hitch height, and we would like to see you have safety equipment.

I've been having a few questions on how we will check the hot farm tractors. The top 5 will have to be torn apart to check everything out after the class. No checks will be made out until the top 5 are teched.

I'll check on that and let you know. We would have to put some kind of tags on the turbo so we would be able to look and see that you didn't change anything.

Well it was my misprint when I put this on here yesterday that I didn't put any tractor over 3000 rpm will have to have a steel flywheel, side shields and a blanket but other than that the rest of the safety equipment is recommended.

Ok so then you need to tell me this "just a thought" how is a 466 going to keep up with a 619? By the breakdown of the classes in the past I'm 100 percent sure that the winners of the classes have been tractors with 466, 496, and 525 with the 619 and 600 cubic inch motors really close to them, within inches to be exact. The old class with the rpm limit promoted the big cubic inch motors, 600

We are going to have lighter classes at some of those pulls just thoes 3 classes seem to fit most of the people. We don't have big turnouts in our smaller classes.

They can be road worn or spun backwards but you can not cut them or grind them, no type of machine sharpening or cutting. Road worn isn't cut and spun backwards isn't cut.

With the cage on and the rockshaft out you can pull in the class yet. And we aren't trying to eliminate anyone but as everyone should remember when we first started the class everyone ended up leaving their tractors in the barn because there was a few people getting in the class that in no way belonged in the class and was putting 40 plus feet on the guy behind them so we are just trying to

Well the pto doesn't have to work, we realize that no one wants to drive that pto. We just liked the idea of the housing and shaft being there to make it look more like the farm part of hot farm. If that doesn't work I will talk to people on the committee again but the rules are pretty much set as of now. If you can get a tag off a wheat land tractor and can prove that then you don'

Just wanted to let everyone know that there's going to be a new hot farm class in north central Ohio this year and we are really hoping it continues to grow. There will be at least 6 pulls for these tractors this year and we are always looking to expand. The weight classes for the hot farm classes are 9,000 11,000 & 13,000. The six pulls in the order they will be that are having these classe

Yea when you get there you will have to tell them and then they should let you park very close to the stands so it would be easier for you, even tho I can't say for sure but that parking might still be a little farther than 40 feet away. And it is $7 to get in and that allows you to be able to go anywhere in the fairgrounds.
