A different bearing won’t make really any difference. The end of the shaft is small where the bearing goes. You will end up breaking off end of shaft.

I would love to look at the dyno sheets for these tractors! I ran a box 3lm class this last year at 8500# and I am here to tell you that no one in the class could carry road gear. I spent plenty of time on dyno to find all the power that I could too. I’m not saying that you are lying, just saying none of the sleds we pulled would let that happen.

Neither was a roller block dt466 but that's never been an issue.
That’s because all parts interchange without modification. Example, you can take a crankshaft and pistons out of a 1973 1066 and put them directly in a 1992 “roller” block.

Decube the ford to 466. Same with the case. The line had already been drawn at 466.

Since Allied Precision called it quits, I'm not sure who builds one anymore.
Have been told that Leaman tractor bought the remaining inventory, and the rights to produce them. That they where going to start production of them again. When they will start, IDK.

If you have 600 HP. You don't need a TA. Save your money.
Small turbo classes such as box 3lm class, having a ta can make a huge difference. Most all sleds are set way to heavy for those classes. They let you get up and run 25mph but then slam you so hard that you cannot push the clutch in fast enough. Once you can see where the trip is set, you can gain a measurable distance f

Your best bet on fast turn around time would be Brad at maibaugh tractor service in I believe Crestline, Ohio. He specializes in Oliver Puller’s.

I’m not familiar with a ford engine, but on a 466 ih engine I had a 12mm p7100, 5x22 injectors, stock 3lm466 turbo. 3000rpm made just over 600hp. Pump timing was set with timing light at 33*. I hope this helps you some.

Did CAT give a part number like CaseIH did??
I wasn’t aware that IH had a part # for recast blocks. A cylinder head, yes.

Thank you Ross for the reply. I just want to thank you for looking to a American company to help with your needs instead of looking straight to overseas suppliers. That is where I make my living at.

My personal opinion is that any A pump rule is just plain stupid. You can buy a A pump that would run with any 13mm P pump, only it costs almost twice as much.

Trim state super field class has box 3lm rule. They are tore apart, and inspected before season. Also have a claimer rule on the turbos. You can only burn so much fuel, so fast with very limited air.
