Re: Guest Column: Light PS and Limited PS @ Bowling Green - 11 years ago
The Jon Hancock tractor is the old Barely Getting Bye PS that went to the East Coast and came back this direction. I'm guessing--barring any breakage--there will be close to 30 LPS at the MO State Fair on Sunday night. Could be more. Clearly the other side of the river had the class up and running faster and there's an extensive pool of iron already there. It's a nice thouby Bryan Lively - Forum

Re: Drought stricken crops - 11 years ago
Been everywhere mentioned but Wisconsin. Theres a stretch in southern IL and southern IN (Shelby Co.) that is as bad as Ive ever seen. West KY is hit pretty hard too, but nothing like the other side of the river. Really, in all honesty, Ive not seen any decent fields of corn in any of my recent travels. Going to make for some interesting times in an already interesting commodities market.by Bryan Lively - Forum

Re: My Opinion- National Pulling and the numbers of pullers involved - 11 years ago
Dick I think you've hit the nail on the head on my counts, but by nature the top of the sport will be smaller due to the budgets that are needed to compete at that level. That does not go to say that the numbers should be more than they are in some classes offered. One thing I feel strongly about is going and tinkering with a LPS 4.1 or Light Pro. Leave them as regional classes, 4.1 gby Bryan Lively - Forum

I deleted the topic because it turned ugly. It boils down to communication guys, and a lack of it looked like to me to spin into something more than a disagreement. That I wont tolerate nor do I believe the Morgans or any other admin will in my opinion...by Bryan Lively - Forum

Starter Tractor Questions - 11 years ago
I visited with a friend the other day, an antique puller, and he indicated that he was looking to get into a little bigger class than what he's been pulling. The question I have is regarding the direction he needs to go in based on his geography. The gentleman lives in West Central Ohio and is willing to travel a little so that in my opinion gives him some options. My question to youby Bryan Lively - Forum

Last year I saw two battles of it, one where a dear friend and ambassador to antique pulling Crane Collier lost his battle on May 14th 2011. The other battle was a fby Bryan Lively - Forum
