My guess would be that there will be 3 or 4 more tractors, but I think the rest of the Kentucky tractors are going to the Lexington, KY event the same weekend. (Really can't blame them, they all live alot closer to Lexington than Gifford, Illinois) I hope to have 15 to 16 tractors. The Kentucky guys don't like the weight of our Light Limited class. We lowered it a couple years ago from

According to Whatssmokin Promotions L.L.C. mailing list:
45 tractors in the Light Pro Stock P-pump
45 tractors in the Light Pro Stock-Mod Turbo: A-pump
98 tractors in the 4.1" Limited Pro Stock
313 tractors in the Super Farm class, that is why they are at Louisville.
Would be happy to show anyone our list. We work to keep it as current as possible.

This years Midwest Winter Nationals event at Gordyville USA will be January 3-4-5, 2013. We started sending out applications last week and they should be all sent out by the end of this week. The schedule is very similar to last year.
Rules have changed a little in our Super Farm class, instead of the previous "NTPA-Outlaw" class we have ran, we are running a NON intercooled class with slotte

I have been receiving several calls about the 9,500 Pro Farm and 8,500 Limited Pro Stock, we are running in conjunction with the PPL Tour of Champions show. First, you don't have to be pre registered to compete. If you didn't compete at the Midwest Winter Nationals please fill out and bring the clutch paper with you when you come to Boone. Second, we will be going off of Midwest Winter

SORRY I CANT SPELL!!! This week we have sent all registered pullers a parking pass for your hauler and a pass for your support vehicle. If you do not have a parking pass you will not be allowed to park in the PULLER PARKING AREA. If you are bringing parts, tires, etc, and need assistance. Contact the GORDYVILLE USA facility staff, NOT THE WHATSSMOKIN PROMOTIONS or PATRIOT MOTOSPORTS WORKERS. You

No, we are not that fast, but we try. I don't think we have ever timed ourselves. So many variables. When everybody is working good together, we can run them through fairly quick. See everyone next week. Thanks Klint

Believe me, I realize we have several classes with different rules, that accomplish the same result. But I am faced with everyone wanting a session of "Their Rules" or "I'm not coming!" So our current schedule is the result. As far a more "Farm Stock" class, it has been suggested by different pullers and we are always open to new ideas. The only hitch is the insurance we carry demands a high

ITPA/PPL allow all motors below 640 c.i.d. No intercoolers, 4.1 Smooth bore turbos. Stock manifolds have to bolt to the cylinder head. We are expecting 15-18 tractors. Just talked to a NTPA SF guy yesterday that is switching to 4.1 and the Fram Progress pull will be his first hook.
Thanks,

It's not too bad after they put in the ventilation fans a couple of years ago. It does get a little smelly when the little alcohol supers run, but we don't have many of them this year. The pit area is a 100% better since we started using big outside genrators and no gas generators running inside. Hope this helps.

This year at the 2011 Midwest Winter Nationals we have close to 350 entries, and we are looking forward to a great event. I would like to ask one small favor, I see on several "FOR SALE" sections of pulling related websites that many people have parts, tires etc. for sale with the comment "CAN BE DELIVERED TO GORDYVILLE", which is great that you are planning on attending this years event, but I p
