voltage is always looking for ground, in any electrical system, when a battery is the voltage source, it does not matter at all which
side the disconnect switch is on. example: if the disconnect switch is on the ground side, and close to the battery, the positive
cable could be clamped directly to the frame and it will not burn, because the voltage cannot get back to the negative side of the

not trying to cater to IH boys, from a club stand point the more color the better I feel. Red, Green, Orange, Blue, Yellow would
be great for show. just wondering what other clubs are using, and if it works well, without a lot of headaches. For a class that can vary from fords at 401 cubes or john deere 619, to massey 640 v-8

Wondering what clubs are using for rules, hopfully to be simple and eliminate crying/whining, if this is possible.
the class would include all makes including the " BIG J.D." considerations are
1. 20 mph speed limit?
2. 2.31" inlet charger?
3. p-pump?
4. 3000 RPM !!
5. water injection?
6. 20.8 x 42" max tire
Not sure if this is a good start or a bad idea, just looking for positve fe

gt42 with 2.77" inlet is a good, and relatively economical turbo, will give good lug, or precision turbo is excellent, but pricey,
unless you find a good used one.
gears if you have fast ring and pinion, 1 and 2 under road, possibly 1 under and 1 over.

the LARGER BORE REQUIRES LESS STROKE TO PUMP THE SAME AMOUNT OF FUEL, ALSO CAM RATE CAN ALSO QUICKEN THE STROKE, BY LESS
DEGREES OF ENGINE ROTATION.
IN OTHER WORDS TRYING TO GET THE FUEL IN THE CYLINDER AT THE OPTIMUM TIME FOR COMBUSTION. MAKING FOR A QUICK EXPLOSION
VS. A LONG SLOW BURN.

AT SOME POINT ALL CLUB MEMBERS SHOULD HAVE TO PARTICEPATE ON THEIR CLUB BOARD AND ALSO WORK WITH A PROMOTOR THAT IS
ON A TIGHT BUGET. JUST TO SEE THE OTHER SIDE THE FENCE. SOMETIMES YOU TAKE WHAT YOU CAN GET, AND TRY TO MAKE THE BEST OF
IT, THEN HOPE FOR MORE NEXT YEAR. IF IT WERE NOT FOR A COUPLE VERY DEDICATED PEOPLE IN EVERY CLUB, WE WOULDN'T BE
PULLING VERY MUCH. THANKS TO ALL BO

no valve train does not have to be removed, just pull out 1 injector. find b.d.c. and fill with specified amount of fluid,
and use the injector as a dipstick to see if fluid is at the bottom to the head. and suck the "oil" out before turning the
engine over. the fluid chart has 50 cc. added, for piston modification which will accomodate pretty low compression, but
not the size motor, exampl

NEW-MOTORSPORTS has been using one for several years, works very well to keep bickering to a minimum.
Takes less than 15 minutes after tech gets used to procedure and injector is out already. P.I. pullers also
use the same tester. The kit comes with metering gun, suction gun, electric pump and chart for various
common size motors. Cost $250. Lance Mertens 920-680-8500. only works easily

Well said Gene. For those that feel it is disorganized or a joke, I hope you have had or take the opertunity to be a volunteer board member for a primarily volunteer run organization. I have and it is a whole different view when you have to try and
promote the club. Concerning hot farm, how much more can you allow them to "grow" without hurting superfarm, there needs

SOUNDS LIKE AN EXPENSIVE WAY TO ONLY GAIN ABOUT 35 CUBES. WHEN A STOCK 466 CAN BE MADE TO RUN WITH

MANY INTERESTING IDEAS, several clubs adopting 505 cubes, the only brand this limits is massey, all others have motors
between 400-505. 3x4 turbo works very well with open rpm's, but does not keep things cheap. as our club had found out.
possible box s-400 (approx. $1250) VS. precision (approx. $4-4500) may keep cost down, and keep the class slightly more
even, but overall performace wi
