Jake ,how do you figure that the Diesels have an advantage? Out of somewhere close to 60 hooks this season in ORVTPA, Battle of Bluegrass and KTPA. I can only remrmber 5 wins with the diesels. If you have a compressor housing burst from a intake wheel exploding then It makes no difference if the air shutoff is shut or not. There will be plenty of air

The shutoff on the turbo oil line would be the simplist and best for the engine. The water and the fire extinguisher would just destroy the engine but they would shut it down. I have seen a couple of runaway engines that were running on the engine oil after the air and fuel were shut off. I think the housing on the turbo busted on both and allowed air in . the oil shut off would kill the other so

I have run lucas 70 weight , kendal 70 weight , Brad penn 50 and 70 weight,and shaffers 50 weight, all worked good for me. The heavier weight oil takes longer for the excess fuel to thin it out, and it also protects better once it's hot. just my opinion

take the primer pump blockoff plate off ,tilt pump 45 degrees and fill then add a pint to the govener box thru the oil cap on top
