Re: What does it pay to win a pull like Rockwell National?s - 7 years ago
It depends on the class that determines the payout. Also if it's a one hook or two hook and whether it's a Regional National, Grand National, or Super National hook(s).by Brent Yaron - Pulling Forum

Another reason was they had two fire extinguishers there within a few seconds and in recent history that is usually enough to put out a fire. I believe they then realized after going through a few fire extinguishers that it wasn't going out and decided to go grab the firetruck as a last ditch effort.by Brent Yaron - Pulling Forum

Low Numbers in Pulling? - 8 years ago
That is one problem with the pre-commit list. It advertises pullers who should be there, and when they don't show up it's disappointing to many fans hoping to see them there. That is why I like the PPL's way of doing it, having to pre-commit if you have any intentions of running for points. But even still when there are 15 pre-commited and only 10 show up, people will still be wondby Brent Yaron - Pulling Forum
Re: Low numbers in pulling? - 8 years ago
That it's early in the season. The Midwest had a late spring and some are still finishing up with farming. Also, I know of several pullers who made many changes in the off season and are still finishing up before they will be out. Give it a couple weeks and I would expect numbers to be back up.by Brent Yaron - Pulling Forum
Re: Hutch track, - 8 years ago
I agree, it was my first time attending and have nothing but great things to say about the pull! What a wonderful show, went along smoothly besides for Chuck. Hope he gets it fixed by Tomah. Thank you to the Rose family for promoting this pull. Will be back in the future.by Brent Yaron - Pulling Forum
Re: 2018 Huge Pulling Schedule... 31 States.. - 8 years ago
Awesome job on putting this together! This deserves a lot of respect because this is a lot of time taken out of your personal time to do this. I did notice you missed one pretty major organization, the United Pullers of Minnesota. Otherwise, very nice work.by Brent Yaron - Pulling Forum

Re: Bad accident at fort - 8 years ago
The sled was having mechanical issues that forced the restart of the class a few times. You can't put blame on anyone because the chance of what happened are slim to none. These are the risks that pullers and fans alike take when they attend these events. I hope that this lady understands that it was an accident and it could have happened to anyone. Prayers to her and her family for a full aby Brent Yaron - Pulling Forum

Re: Minnesota Mods - 8 years ago
Not that I know of. Kielmeyer, Doc, Berg, and Rose all run Grand National. Bill Daluge has his tractor that runs around MN. For the Wisconsin mods it would be Fleishman and Schindler if they even have theirs yet.by Brent Yaron - Pulling Forum
Re: Thoughts - 8 years ago
All personal opinion really. Some will do if for who they think is a better organization, or maybe who offers more money to win, or which has pulls closer to home. It's different to every puller.by Brent Yaron - Pulling Forum
Re: Thoughts - 8 years ago
Pretty sure they mean MAC Daddy and MAC Nasty because they have been on the pre commit list the last few years with MAC Daddy and Mr. MAC Nasty but never ran for points. Blackbourn's pre commit every year as well but they focus on the NTPA circuit and hit up PPL events when the schedule allows. I believe that the USS class overlaps with Benson, NC and Fort Recovery, and Hamburg, NY and Bowlby Brent Yaron - Pulling Forum
Re: SPRING PLANTING - 8 years ago
Considering parts of Wisconsin is supposed to be getting 3-5 inches of snow Saturday and 5-8 on Sunday, not too well. Plus not all the snow has even melted in the northern half of the state.by Brent Yaron - Pulling Forum
