Re: Wisconsin LSS question - 6 years ago
Here is a picture of the tractor taken at the pull in Henry, IL this year. Not sure if the tractor is new rather than rebuilt. Maybe someone else knows.by Brent Yaron - Forum
Re: Request for Region 2 Fwd Truck & Light Pro Pullers - 6 years ago
There is a Region II Light Pro Stock hook on that day, so I wouldn't expect those guys to be there, but hope there is a good turn out. Would love to see some new locations on the region circuit.by Brent Yaron - Forum
Re: Tomah - 6 years ago
It's hard to get a sled setting right when the track conditions were changing the entire weekend. And there was only a total of 28 pull off hooks. That isn't a lot at all.by Brent Yaron - Forum
Re: Grand National Prostocks - 6 years ago
It is only the first hook and some pullers may still be finishing up on the tractor for the pulling season. I'm sure there will be a few more at Hutch and Tomah in the coming weeks.by Brent Yaron - Forum
Re: Perfect opportunity - 7 years ago
You would confuse too many people because they aren't used to using meters and the metric system. They wouldn't know how far you 67.23 meters if you were to tell them, but they know what 220.571 feet is because we are so familiar to using the English system.by Brent Yaron - Forum
Re: If we're going to have pulloffs... - 7 years ago
The NTPA changed the rules of the full pull for all competition at all levels (State, Regional, Grand and Super Nationals). There is no top 3 over 300' or everyone over 320'. Instead they are using the rules that they tried with Chapel Hill last year. Here is what the rule states: All classes at all levels will be conducted under a floating finish. Tracks will be a maximum of 330 feby Brent Yaron - Forum
Re: Chizek LSS #3 - 7 years ago
I'm not someone who cares about variety or how many look alike, I would rather have the top LSS tractors pulling against each other and making a fun show to watch.by Brent Yaron - Forum
Re: ottpa and ullmers - 7 years ago
They are running the Champions Tour with the PPL. Can always go to Henry, IL which is an amazing pull. Other than them running with the PPL, I am not sure where else they will be pulling.by Brent Yaron - Forum

Re: Showdown In Curdtown 2017- Ellsworth, WI - 7 years ago
You're right I did misread that. Thanks for point that out. And don't tell me you wouldn't be proud of putting together a pull like he has. I don't know about the screwing over another pull thing, but I'm sure there is more to it than you know.by Brent Yaron - Forum
Re: Showdown In Curdtown 2017- Ellsworth, WI - 7 years ago
Thank you for taking your time to answer my questions. I will have to come over early the day of the pull and check out the pits. Can't wait for the first big pull of the year for me, it's always a great time in curdtown!by Brent Yaron - Forum
Re: Showdown In Curdtown 2017- Ellsworth, WI - 7 years ago
What town was getting a pull? Never heard or saw anything about it. Whatever you say about him has nothing to do with me. What I do know is that Doug does a wonderful job putting together one of the best pulls in the state. Whatever else happens can be settled on their own like grown ups. Not what you are doing bashing someone for doing business.by Brent Yaron - Forum
Showdown In Curdtown 2017- Ellsworth, WI - 7 years ago
This is mostly directed to Doug Borth, but anyone is free to chime in. First of all, thank you Doug for promoting such an amazing pull. This will be my third year attending Showdown In Curdtown. My questions to you are; 1) Ticket prices and when gates open? Same as last year? 2) Will there be open pits and if so when will they open? 3) Adding any more seating? 3) Do you know of any knewby Brent Yaron - Forum
Re: 2017 NTPA Pre Committs part 2 - 7 years ago
PPL Western Series doesn't have DSS. I know the Shramek's didn't pre commit last year either. Can't imagine them not being out on the circuit.by Brent Yaron - Forum

Beck built a new tractor. Also not sure if Blagrave's are pre committing after last years mishaps.by Brent Yaron - Forum
Re: Esdon × 2 - 7 years ago
He used to run Red Line Fever Lite in the LSS class a few years ago. Not sure if that is the same tractor he will be pulling in the SSD class or if he bought/built a new tractor.by Brent Yaron - Forum
Re: 2017 NTPA Pre Committs part 2 - 7 years ago
Esdon does have his Red Line Fever Lite. Wondering if that is the tractor he intends on pulling in the diesel super stock.by Brent Yaron - Forum
