In light of the unfortunate news that the Power Pull Nationals will be cancelled for a 2nd straight year, I'd like to announce that we will be having a pull in Forest City on June 26th!! So if you were a regular Hutch attendant, we have an option for you! Save the date for great pulling action!! I hope to get more sponsors and more payback money so some bigger classes show up! I'll keep

4010 - 3 years ago
Our 4010 has a roll-o-matic narrow on it and it's under 7000. We can get into 7000 with a driver on it. Still had PTO also. We switched our 4320 from a narrow to a Schwartz WF and only saw about a 100-150 difference on the scale. Probably depends on what scale you hit too.

Even at that class you will have A pumps and the Model 100 1066 style pump will put out a bunch of fuel. Anyone with a Roosa Master will be at a disadvantage. Yeah, but in a class of 20 Farmstock's a 1256 won 11,500 and 12,500 last year. It's hard to keep everyone happy, but at least in our area people seem to be on board with the stock appearing pumps. We will see how long

I feel like most places should allow the same pump for every make and model. I'm pretty sure the IPA farm stocks have to run a factory appearing pump. The green ones definitely have the advantage in that situation. Gotta admit though the red ones hold their own for having a rotary. What I'm working on for our pull is having 10,500 and lower being "No P-Pump" classes. We don&

I don’t think you make everyone run the same pump you give and option to run a specific type of pump. Maybe a 1066 running a 13 MM or bigger model 100 does want or need to change.
I don't care what's done to the internals... Just stock appearing. Don't like the pump that came in there stock? Buy a better tractor.

Then it’s just another 1066 and 6030 class! We all know there isn’t really an actual farm stock class anywhere. At least not where I’m located and 4020’s didn’t come with A pumps either Who said 4020's came with an A Pump? I think we all know what tractors were born with what pumps. Where I'm at, there isn't a whole lot of color variation, but each color is competitive.

I don't like the idea of everybody running the same pump in Farmstock. If you want to change pumps away from what it was born with and you have money to throw at the tractor? Move up a class. Plenty of options to go up in classes. Don't want to move classes, but you want a better pump? Buy a tractor that was built that way. It's no secret, we all know what was born with

No truck for me. Lucky to sell when I did. The trucks better start supporting there investments an show up. The trucks are a big deal with the fans an promoters, but if nobody come to pull then there will be no class . Plenty of quality trucks out there but few true pullers. This is not what you want to here, but is the truth. Many factors to consider for reasons no to go.

Feels like some sour grapes. Anderson's Super Farm got thrown out of PPL (even if that was controversial) some form of rules were enforced. I've heard all kinds of accusations and to this point I haven't heard anything about actual violations or any proof of anything.

267 or 269 Entries that day and almost half of my 12,500 class went missing because of breakage (myself included) and a couple other factors. Farmstock pulling is indeed great again!!! Let me know what class results you want to see!

I always get a kick out of people when they say farmers are rich, or they get all these government handouts. No one is stopping you from going out and buying a farm. The grass is not always greener on the other side. I would encourage anyone to go out and start up a new farm. Good luck, let me know how it treats you! This is the answer right here. If farming is the "Get Rich Quick"
