Lead would cost a lot more than steel. Not to mention that would be alot of lead. Steel much easier to come by.

JD43, I Don't know where you are from, however we have some good brush pulls in central and southeast Ohio for hot farm tractors. We typically run 3000 rpms with 0 tolerance. So 3001 rpms, and your out. We have a mix of tractors from. Massey, JD, IH, FORD, anywhere from 466 to who knows? We do have a great group of guys who we pull with and welcome any and all to come pull with us. Make weig

I believe it's closer than most people think. When the people see and feel a tyranny coming, they will revolt. Its happened before and I'm sure its coming again. If you kick a dog enough, he will defend himself and bite back. Just keep praying for our President and country. Rest assured, God is in control.
Be safe All,

Soillpullfan, I agree! However. I just want to share something with you. I dont consider myself as a "religious person" either. Religion in and of itself does nothing for ones salvation. I am a sinner just like everyone else in the world. I do however, know Jesus Christ as my personal Lord and Savior. Maybe you already do know Christ as your own personal Lord and Savior? However if not, I encoura

I was there, however I did not see the truck get rammed into the guard rail. The guard rail did its job and stopped the truck from running into anyone. It is my understanding that the powers to be at Glenford decided to cancel the remaining hooks in the class and also the remaining 2 classes of the night. I personally don't understand why they did that when they could have moved the sled up

Rpms are mainly controlled by the governor in your injection pump. However camshaft, injection timing and other factors can affect rpms as well. Are the other components in your engine capable of handling a given rpm limit? That is another good question that needs to be addressed. I would caution against spinning stock components over factory recommendations. Especially if you do not have a steel

Greetings guys, not sure which pull you are talking about? Glenford or the other pull in Pa.
Just letting you all know that Glenford is definitely still having the 9500 too hot to farm class. Next pull should have a better turnout with it being out of the major planting season, also many tractors from what I understand, were not quite ready. So we are optimistic about a much better turnout next

We run 3000 in our group. 3001 the light goes on and your pull is a dq. Works for us. Everyone is hooking to the same Fair Valley Box so it's fair for all. Spikes sometimes happen. We've been hammered by it just like most of the guys in the class as well. Best wishes and good luck and have fun this season. Even more important be safe!

If it blew out externally, most likely you have an o ring that fell out of position or left out while putting the mcv back together.

I agree with Chris. We compete with this group and I truly have no idea what anyone else is running under their hoods, to be honest I really don't care what anyone else has under their hoods. All that matters to me is what is under our own hoods, and what works for us. All I know is we have a good group of guys we compete with. It is because of the great competition we have here that has dri
