I have a phazpak phase converter. I have their rt 20hp model and I'm very happy with it. I can run both my bridgeport mill and 10hp lathe at the same time with no power loss. They are good people to work with and cheaper then most others. A good rule to kind of go by is get a converter that is bigger then what you need. Say you need 10hp, get a 15hp converter.

A stock 666 rear end would not hold up. One with a needled cross would. Kenny Sanders from Iowa had 666 with a 360 and four turbos that ran ntpa grand national back when it was 5500 and it held up well.
