Depends on how quick your pump is. At 3000 I would personally start around 32 degrees

Call GMS , he will set you up or Power Bore

Not needed, all the oil in valve cover drains back down through push rod tube holes and lubes lifters. If you have billet lifters you machine the broach deeper so oil can drain back.

Michigan, Indiana, Illinois,Wisconsin, Iowa all run 20,8-38, parts of Ohio and east run 24.5 and 20.8s. So many tractors in each group , would be nice to have one set of rules but afraid won't happen , look at superfarm, all they would have to do would be add or drop intercooler but neither will do it.

Leave it in, just clean port, you want air speed and swirl

Make sure you heat treat rods, the small rods are soft, just get customs pistons and be done

How much you want to spend? With cubes need better everything, pump, turbo, injectors, heads
50,000 be a rough estimate

5 inch works fine, have to put a head stud in back of block on exhaust side to keep back of block from breaking. This is common practice even with stock bore .

Crank is fine for that rpm. Balance the rods for sure

For which class?

Leave the hotfarm class alone! It is a growing class with lots of color, why add another 3,500 to it. Everyone will go to it and changed nothing. Police the rules we have!

The 13 &1570 can hold 600 if they are in good shape and have trans pressure up over 400. You can bolt the torque limiter together. Go find a 8 speed and eliminate some head aches and time.
