Switched to central Ohio for a light pro stock class. Many reasons but we had planned to make the switch in 17 but stayed with farm pullers. We have a blast where we are now and just wanted to step up a class.

Zanesville also runs the light pro class and draws in good numbers with it as well. We normally go there and pull.

Rdh I have been one of those two top tractors and I can guarantee I am legal to the rules. Troy K has also been one of the guys at the top and I know he’s legal. Rpm is checked during every pass and anything over 3100 is out. I for one spent a lot of time money and research to achieve those results.
We attach a data logger to the tractor from the sled and monitor the rpm the entire pass. The

At 3000 rpm I was running a 16.8 gear so it all depends on motor and money spent.

Used a kubota for the first time this season. Never missed a beat. Never had an issue with traction pulling the 8500 light pro around. And it’s a plus having ac on the really hot days. Another puller in our club drug the tractor up the ramp and in the semi trailer with his last season when the engine went down. Really impressed me.

I’m running up to 145 cold with belt driven pump. I was seeing 130 with the large truck oil pump. Change the spring and regulator body and it will bump your pressure.

Wipeout did mine. Very pleased with the results. Need to watch as some places won’t do used pistons so make sure you tell them from the start.

Cat batteries have lasted me 3 seasons and I replaced them under warranty. At the time they ran starter data logger lights water injection pump and steering for a while. Now im still using 2 cat 31 batteries to run the starter data logger and lights. Have went two nights and didn’t charge.

20” is what you want for an 18.4 tire. The 22” wheels work very well for a 20.8 tire. If you are interested in selling the 22” wheels let me know. Seven 40 285 649 five

Everything Phil does is proprietary and overly expensive. Long story short was not happy with the results.

We had some issues with short quality with 6B. Really nice design. Shirts are falling a part and weren’t made to specified sizes. He was very hard to get a hold of to even make another order.

Gonzo how difficult was it to size the filters with AFE? Thinking with my setup this is the only real option.
Dirt or some other material is taking my compressor wheels out. Done the same damage the last two years. Filters look like a much better option to me. I’ll lose 10 hp to prolong the compressor wheel and engine life.

We had a huge learning curve this year by switching to pro pullers from a set of Firestone double cut radials. In my opinion, I think by the end of the year we had them figured out and I really think they helped. They really really shine on a bad track. We will see how they fare against the 24.5 Tires this season.
