So, on page 15 of this months "Puller Magazine" they have an article on the NTPA's new 2010 sheetmetal rules.
Basically it states that any Pro Stocker or Super Stocker can run any legal block with any legal sheetmetal in a component chassis... so we can now "cross manufacturers lines."
How does everybody feel about this? I can see how they think it will help, but in my opinion it ta

Yep, that "Red Revolution" Massey was the "Old Number One" back in the day. I still remember taking a picture of that "000001" on the serial number tag. Looks pretty cool, now and then!

What Massey Ferguson engine are you referring to that will be able to compete at 531? The smaller of the two V8 Perkins in the 1000 series Massey's is 540ci.

Brock,
Here is the tractor... this is what she looked like in November when I bought it. It went under a complete mechanical go-through this winter and is now getting painted, so she'll look REAL PRETTY for this year's ITPA season! hahah

I run a Massey 55, and a Massey Harris 44 or 55 rear-end will hold up to just about anything you can throw at it. We've had a friend with a 850 HP power-plant joined with a Massey 44 rear-end with no problem...

Does anybody know of any dates/locations for any "test and tune pulls" near east/central Illinois?? I know the NATPA has one in Mendon, but that's a long drive for us.... We need to test our new 5500# antique for this years ITPA circuit.
If not, does anybody know of any test tracks that sled operators offer??
Thanks alot!
