Punisher	Bore it out but not real big, you still want it to turn some RPM's. Get some good pistons. Change the rockers, flow the head, do you have to run an updraft carb? If so find a big one off an airplane. Gray Billet Products or Genes Machine are good places to get some of these parts. Reply Quote

yes, but is still only 364 367 .......somewere in there, I thaut through this sight there would of bin someone how wood of said something like a 404 block 466 pistons shave top off add cam out of/???? rods out of??? and still use gas head. takeing the gas motor and adding more air doesnt make power, I thaut bore and stroke maid power. as for the machine shop gos I would think that place would know what would work.But I know the secret is kept a secret. you see the red ones cheat a little and the blue ones but what about the green ones.

What will they let you run for a block? If it has to look close to stock, you can use the 4020 style 404 Diesel block, and mix & match parts.. no idea on the pistons.. should be able to machine the diesel pistons.. custom pistons would be better.. You could always go to a new/bigger JD block.. just have to run you dist off the timing gears where the injection pump was... and find a CNG head... (or a CNG engine..)
