7th Annual Farm Tractor Pull at the Johnson County Antique Machinery Association Show

Held in conjunction with 31st Annual Show.
This year's feature tractor is John Deere.

$3 Daily Admission for Adults, 12 and under free

Thursday, June 16th 2022- 7pm
Weigh in starts at 5 pm

Dedicated permanent pulling track. Plenty of room for hauler parking. Track is 20 steps from hauler parking.

Due to park regulations, golf carts allowed but must be registered. No SxS, 4 wheelers, etc.

Straight Out of Field classes: Working pto, tach, factory drawbar, three point hitch, no electric pusher pumps, etc. No cut or groomed tires of any kind. No MFWD. No duals. Subject to visual inspection by the tractor pull committee. Must be able to accommodate a 3-inch hook.

$250 purse for each Straight Out of Field class

10,000 lb-6 mph and 12,000 lb - 6 mph
Non-Turbo/3000 RPM/Tire size 18.48x38 max

9000 Lb - 6 mph and 10,000 lb-6 mph
Turbo Out of Field / 3000 RPM
Tire size 18.4x38 max

12,000 lb - 8 mph 14,000 lb 8 mph
Turbo Out of Field
Tire size 20.8x38 or 18.4x42 max

Not From the Field classes: no narrow fronts, no duals, no MFWD, top cut tires allowed...no front cut, single or double cuts.

Aftermarket intercoolers allowed. Rotary, A or P pumps allowed. Common rail allowed. No turbo size limit.Tip bars, roll bars, and air shut offs are strongly suggested but not mandatory.

Helmet required for any tractor with cage.


12,000 lb - 10 mph Tire size 30.5x32 max
3000 rpm

10,000 lb- 10 mph Tire size 18.4x38 max
3000 rpm

12,000 Lb - 13 mph 12,000 lb - 16 mph
Tire size 20.8x38 or 18.4x42 max
**Top 3 Places in each 13 & 16 mph only class split a $350 purse**

I assume this is Johnson county Indiana? I noticed the Singer sled and did a quick Google search. Post the address (I’m assuming the fairgrounds), for those of us looking to attend. Thanks!

The show site is actually on Gatling Street.
Signs will be posted on 252 and 31.

Just wondering why the "not from field " class has NO turbo limit, Allows Intercoolers and p pumps but has a stupid speed limited? Makes no sense. Just wondering why?

USA pullers, IPL , and SIFSP have some variation of those rules for their speed limit classes.

Columbus, Burney, Lynn, and Mooreland (to name a few) and the majority of pulls in this part of the world are the same way. And if they choose to have limits, that is their option. Same for us.

Those organizations have pullers from Tennessee all the way to Michigan participating. We are trying to attract as many of those pullers as possible. IPA and other organizations are welcome as well.

With regards to the roll cage tractors....yes there are roll cage tractors that run mph classes around here. As long as they wear a helmet and fit the rules, we are good.

West MI does this, too. If you want to run 680ci and a 6" turbo and you think you can keep that going at 10mph to win $300, well you just go right ahead. Slapping on a charger limit just guarantees and arms race to have the latest greatest specification of said turbo. It winds up as a driver's game using hand me down parts and power isn't the issue, applying it is. Works very well.
