Re: Complaining about pulls - 2 days ago

QuoteFan 2 You failed to mention they have a finish line and pull offs over there! The one hit wonder stuff over here has hurt the show quality of the show, not the lack of more useless music and loud screaming of the announcer between hookscouldn't agree more

Re: Complaining about pulls - 2 days ago

Being a long time fan of 50 plus years in my opinion what they have and we lack is variety, and we had that at obe time.our sport also gad 1o times the pullers than it does now, with fewer classes,so there was way more to go around.

I see lots of shirts I'd like to get but none are located remotely close to me.seen lots at tomah, but other than walking up to a hauler, and hoping someone's there, how does a person get them.i do know most g.n teams are found on facebook, but what about r.n and state level teams

Re: Congratulations to Simon's on a great event. - 20 days ago

QuoteAnother Fan I'm about tired of hearing that the only complaint after every pull is the PA system. Could be at NFMS or this pull or wherever, same story. No one can talk over that much background noise, and if they do have time to talk, same people would bitch show was too slow. Nobody cares what you're tired of. This is a pulling discussion forum, guess what we are gonna do

Re: Congratulations to Simon's on a great event. - 20 days ago

Be nice if someway the announcers could be heard on an app,or radio channel like some dirt tracks are.id sure like being on the grounds walking listening thru ear buds or headphones during the entire event.

Re: BAUER SSD - 4 weeks ago

Quoteughh .........and this is exactly why I despise the cross dressing rule. Fantastic that Adam Bauer wants to have a SSD........also good for him making a it Deere sheet metal...........complete blasphemy that it will have an IH powerplant. I'm sure it will be competitive and fun to watch, but unlike all the fans people here label as having no idea about the specifics of a given cla

Re: How many hooks are appropriate for GN/CT? - 6 weeks ago

I think all gn/ct hooks should be 2 hooks and on fri,sat.3 day pulls add thurs.simply due to most of the pullers at that level have to travel farther.state level hooks can be thru the week if needed.

tpc - 6 weeks ago

Seen fri 2 cases won thier classes, ltss and ps,using case blocks.whens the last time a case won a ps hook or 2 cases winning both thier hooks, probably has never happened in the sports history

Re: 4010 Puller Build - 7 weeks ago

Decubing a 466 would be a much better choice than the 359.the head is far superior and parts are plentiful.shorten the stroke.

Re: It's time to address traction control. - 2 months ago

I'd think that every puller would have a young person,or easily could get a young man interested that's great with a computer.

Re: It's time to address traction control. - 2 months ago

It's a shame there's not levels to the classes.like state level no traction control and gn it's legal. With big enough differences ya can't jump back and forth.just might get more interest if there was a place to start somewhat easily.

Re: It's time to address traction control. - 3 months ago

Used in most classes by several pullers. Tech needs to get better and give a few the boot, that'll fix the issue
