If you can use ice water take and put a 1 inch nipple top and bottom of end cap on each end(no radiator water, make an end cap for that end) flow water from each end of cooler ensures greater chance of equal temp from end to end.use 2 20 gallon/min pumps to feed it. I recommend the mezerle.then use a regular 60qt cooler with 15gallons water and 50lbs ice, you should have ice left over or, it'

No on the880. Not heavy enough in rear or tranny. Ford s work really ,allis with 301 series 560s 686,806,Oliver 1850 or cochshut 570s, deer 4010 works a little mor E striping to due. Any styles like that will work , but with today's hp in this class they all have to have some upgrades internally, all depends on how competitive you want to be from get go or are you willing to work into it.

The HPF class is still being offered as a class here in WNY. Rules allow for any SF to participate this year with some weight adjustments and small blocks(less than 480cid) get a bigger charger this year to even up the field . As for the HF there is only 1 HPF who is going back and he may or may not do both? As a club we expect 6-8 HPF on an average, most have stated they will be pulling as much

The WNYpro-pulling series has very similar rules it other than we only allow 478 (0liver herc.) with a 3x3 no cooler at this time but that will change next year. Probably 3x4 no cooler, 3x3 cooler . We don't believe bigger chargers are necessary from what we have seen in this class ,we have had winners @ 370 alky 3x4,410 3x4 diesel intercooler, 315 twin 3x4 intercooler, and 466 3x3 no cooler

It's not just WNY that believes this rule is blaintly being violated, just PPL has over ruled some of there techs declaring this bs legal. We will honor our commitment to follow there rules for the season for the sake of our pullers. However next season there will be no interpretation necessary, the will be no slots of any kind allowed smooth bore only , you abused it you lose it. If people

The WNY ProPulling series members had agreed to follow PPL rules for the conveinence of it's pullers to pull else where . This presents a problem because of gross negligence in interpretation of said rules. The rule states; A stock map width enhancement (MWE) groove must be inside of neck area where intake cover is measured. No MWE groove will be allowed that has a width greater than .200. A

As a WNY LLSS puller I agree with Ron, If your going to be that close to our rules run them straight up like Ohio and FPP. You will only get a few now and then to come becuase of our busy schedule already, buy limiting the weight your cutting out tractors from other clubs.Maybe we could all get together for a couple of major pulls, like a shoot-out series one in each state with a raised purse an

Maybe a little to light, unless your goal is to keep out 466 style who havent spent a small fortune to strip, personal opinion here is theres a class for 466 tractors already , make one for under 410, and one for over( under 479 though), one at 5700 ,one at 6700 , just thinking outload, then lght class can jump if they want. Just an idea.easy builds though i do think a little over zealous on tur

Theoretically it would not be starting a new class, just giving the older ag chassis type tractors a place to be competitive with each other, either that or they will just die out and the current super classes will still just end up with lesser numbers. Like it or not it is a money driven sport. The LLSS is for smaller tractors,(the LIMITED part makes it affordable to the average Joe) this class

Question for SuperStock tractor pullers. With the current directions of ss classes with component chassis and more and more alky burners and greater dollars being spent on the local level , will there be a need for a Classic SuperStock class(for lack of a better name).basically an under 500cid class, twin charger,ag chassis only,30s, possibly even 540cid with a 4.1 also to fit same nitch. Just look at the numbers. LLSS is one of the fastest growing classes across the country. If you combine the rules of the two groups already in your state you instantly have tractors not to mention the other small blocks sitting around. LSS has it's place but so does LLSS. 370cid alky 3x4 no map no cooler, 410cid 3x4 w cooler,466 3x3 24.5s . It works.

Can't all be bad we are still growing and now others are following our rules,as well as previous members wanting to return to the club. More hooks every year ! As far as your name it really doesn't matter, your opinion is obviously irrelevant as the numbers tell the story so bash away. Oh yeah what was the name of your tractor or truck again, oops!

Wnypfp rules work really well.7 different winners in 16 event! Personal opinion here that
6000lbs tends to favor alcohol tractors who rely on rpms to gain speed, less weight equals more speed for them whereas a diesel uses that weight and it's torque vs alkys horsepower and speed.just an opinion.6500 works well for us easier for more tractors to make weight and spend money to make hp.as for
