No one can argue the fact that ORV has alot of tractors, but also alot of bickering as do most clubs at some point or another. there are aton of classes for 466 motors i dont think of a 466 block as a LLSS , also shouldnt be able to decube a 414-466 to a 370 cid on alky and get all that extra head flow and be on alky, facts are that sooner or later they will split. To make this a national type cla

we run a 410 cid limit with a 2.5 turbo, 18x38s w a-pump @3200 rpm. Maybe more than your looking for.Maybe try running your classes by cubes and turbo, such as 7500lbs @310 or less cubes,factory pump,2.5 turbo ; 8500lbs @ 410 or less, factory pump,2.5 turbo ; 10,500 lbs @480 or less,factory pump,2.75 turbo ; 12,500lbs@ 540 or less cubes, factory pump , 2.75 turbo. that gives you 4 turbo classes b

We have aset of rules in New york called Light Pro-Farm that works well. 6700 lbs,410 CI,A-pump max,2.5 intake any exhuast, 18x38s any cut, 3200 rpm(no sfi flywheel needed then)wheelie bars, cage or ROPS. Cheap , fun class with tractors in 400-500hp.range. This ci limit allows you to step up to LLSS class someday if you wish without changing alot.

As an outsider looking in this is what i can deduce . the 6030 needs 855 cubes to stay in front of a 540-600 ci IH and that ih got beat at another pull by a 505 ih with a 3x3 on a power track(do some homework) . You guys are your own worst enemies. come on here its tractor pulling for gods sake and in the spirit of competition grow a set and play nice together. Heres a thought; the 12500 class c

Ed , come and hook with the WNYPFP ,you get paid at the next event. We are raising the purse for '10 season with 10-12 hooks expected .We could use a few more competitive tractors in this class. The club has grown to over 60 competitive vehilcles in our 6 classes. If we could get 2-3 of the tractors from out east it would help this class to grow!

Hey Jake , Just another opinion here. Light Limited Pro-Stock 7500 lbs component , 8000lb. non -component. 505 cid, any pump ,any injection(deisel) any factory head ( no valve limit) NO billet heads - hence the other part of "limited" along with cubes. Any camshaft configuration , NO turbo limit . Engine and sheet metal must follow heritage lines. Wouldnt this make for some interesting combina
